i don’t know what this man’s name was but i came in this morning to buy a charger and my allergies were so bad so i was swollen and i was also crying because i needed a pony tail for work and didn’t have one so this man really went to his car and got a pony tail for me. this was one of the nicest things i’ve ever experienced he was wearing a green shirt and was working early this morning (saturday) best customer service i’ve ever experienced he needs a raise so nice. ~kaylin

Don't put a sign out front advertising 2 for $6.60+ tax on Newports if you're not going to honor the price. Also had a sign on the Newports themselves behind the register advertising $6.67+ tax and still proceeded to charge me $7.36+ tax. Then after I brought it to their attention, he argued with me and said they had never been that price. Great job. ~Stephh

Great experience here. Passing through town and actually found some great deals. Also I requested $10 cash back and forgot it because I was talking to the cashier who is very pleasant person, and I think I distracted him. But the store manager said come on back in, we saw our drawer was $10 over. That's integrity. ~Scott

This location is just as good as any when dealing with the ice cream side of things. The prepared food/grill part of store is mostly fast. I have had a few instances where a portion of my order was not in my bag , or the order was wrong in some degree. I find that multiple locations have been guilty of that though. ~Gino

Good size portions& tasty. Inside dining room was clean, bathrooms were clean. Service was friendly for his busy as the were- had to make a few online orders before they can get to us. ~Garrett

This store is extremely over priced for what they sell. I saw a few dresses that I personally own and bought online brand new for cheaper than what it was listed under. Not to mention, every time I take clothes there the first thing they do is say “these aren’t juniors are they” it is kind of insulting. I watched other girls bring stuff in and they did not ask them this. Must be the way I presented myself? On my off day, no makeup, and yoga pants while shopping. Sometimes I do have a few items mixed in that are juniors but I also have high end clothing from Dillards, Express, Zara, etc that are not juniors. I wear these to my job downtown where they are extremely strict on dress code and looking presentable. I watched the worker pick out a couple things and then not even go through the rest of my items? What the heck. How insulting. As if it isn’t literally their job. Will not be going back because it feels like I am treated this way every time even when I am only shopping. I just feel judged and unwelcome 👎🏻 Terrible customer service ~Chelsea

Honestly this is a scam. Had an entire basket, after their selection they took 5 pairs of shoes, 2 new with tags on them, a winter coat and 22 different shirts and pants some also new with tags on them. 27 items in total….they offered me $16 or a $19 store credit. Lol, not even $1 for each item and like I said multiple clothes with tags, “in season” as they say too. The place might be good to shop however resale absolutely NOT. ~Jackie

This poor rating isn't about this location, it's about T-Mobile in general. They changed my plan without my permission and are now charging me an additional $20 a month. This is after they already raised my bill last year. I had Sprint for years and only began having problems when they became part of T-Mobile. I highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs. ~Jason
