Called to check on the status of an online order being sent here for pickup, and the employee who answered was very rude, repeatedly telling me that they "do not have computers to check that". I thanked her and she immediately hung up without saying anything. No 'have a nice day' or 'sorry we couldn't check that for you'. Pretty baffling that they can't check the status of an order that is going to their photo center for pickup, and there was no need to be rude to the customer, even if that wasn't the employee's fault. ~Peter
