Walked in told them 4 tires on my Ford. Did it in less than an hour. Got a great deal and a warranty with it that is pretty good! Better prices than anyone in the area by far.

We had the tires rotated on our daughter's 2003 car with over 200,000 miles. They treated her car with care as if it were new. I am so appreciative that the mechanic pointed out a potential issue that could have caused a serious accident if not addressed immediately. Not sure another shop would have taken the time to see this problem and bring it to our attention. Won't go anywhere else for our tires!

I purchased tire from Costco a year ago. I got flat tire and I am under the warranty but they said that the manufacturer for the tire I got, they discontinued that tire, and they sold me that one tire for another $78. This is ridiculous since I am under the warranty and they don’t even care about it...Never going to buy a tire from Costco anymore in the future...!

Did I get lucky? Based on the other reviews, I'm wondering if I got lucky. My experience was great. I called earlier in the day to confirm they had the tires I wanted then confirmed I could get them installed later. They said no problem, so I went up there around 5 or 6 (one of the last appointments) and was able to get in no problem. The installation went smooth and was done quick. They also offer a few perks like nitrogen inflation and warranty. I also happened to go during the $0.01 installation sale and was able to get a great deal on some Michelin's .

If you did not buy your tires there, do not have any tire issue serviced there. I had a simple tire puncture. The costco tech did the minimum amount of work and said they could not safely plug/patch the tire. Unbeknownst to me, they charged me the full amount for a tire repair even though I told them where the leak was. All they did was look at the leak. When I questioned them on why I could not get a refund on the tire repair, they said it was because they spent labor hours on it. It was clear to me that all they did was fill the tire with air and note where the leak was. I went to the local tire dealer the next day and they fixed the tire no problem. I then went back and demanded a refund which they did so grudgingly.
