They installed new tires and rims. Instead of looking into manufacturer of rim they told me I needed other things that I did not need for those rims to fit. Also one of the tires had a leaking valve stem that they installed. The information they supplied created a rabbit hole of bad information.

Everytime we use good year, we end up with blown tires. It never fails. Something is always wrong with the tires.

I got new tires for my car and had them mounted by Goodyear. Not even a year after that all four tires started leaking from the rims because they weren’t sealed correctly. I wouldn’t go to them again

The few gentleman who helped me make a hell of a stressful day of me being stranded far from home because of a rock on the freeway into letting me me be able to get home safely. Those gentleman went above and beyond. People like the mechanic and service manager (I think that’s who it was) are the reason I will always continue to go to Goodyear. I thought I was done for and stuck. But they did everything possible to help and they did it. Thank you gentleman so much for what y’all did. I was the Kia who you helped me from the first phone call I made and 10am until 4pm that evening.

I wasn't thrilled to learn I needed to purchase 4 new tires for my 10 year old car, but the manufacturer stated the tires needed to be the same with similar wear and because I had picked up a nail that could not be repaired, I needed to replace all 4 tires. Since I have a good business relationship with this store, they worked with me to secure 4 new appropriate tires and worked with me to get a fair price. They really didn't have to do that because I was forced to buy quickly if I wanted to use my vehicle. Marty worked with me to make sure the work was done as soon as possible for a fair price. The tires I had before were outstanding, so I decided to buy the new model. My thanks to this store for taking care of me.

The service was very professional ,courteous and prompt. This Goodyear auto service has earned my business even though I live 40 minutes away. they were very honest and explained everything without trying to give me a sales pitch. I had a tire issue from another tire dealer and when I called Goodyear and explained to them what I was going through, they explained to me that my tire had a warranty and I could bring the tire back even though they didn't sell me the tire . they warranted the tire and I received a new tire. this had to be the easiest transaction I've ever dealt with when it came to an automobile and something under warranty.

I had a great experience at the Strongsville location about a week and a half ago. The guy on the phone when I called to make an appointment was patient and helpful. I think his name was Anthony. And when I came in for my appointment, I want to say his name was Eric (sorry if I’m messing up names!), was also very helpful, patient, and friendly. They did great work on my car and for a price I was happy with. The mechanic who showed me to my car was also professional and friendly. Great service, great work, great prices. Thanks guys.

Went in on a Saturday morning because I thought something was wrong with my brakes. Turns out it was something completely different! They were able to get me back on the road within a few hours which was awesome. Didn't try to sell me any extra services or unnecessary upgrades. Prices were fair and staff was friendly and thorough about breaking down the total cost so I understood exactly what I was paying for. Andrew was especially helpful and took great care of me and my car. It's been about a week and everything is still running perfectly. I would definitely come back if I need other work done on my car!

Tire was not mounted correctly leading to vibrations. Attached picture shows the gap from the bead of the tire not sitting properly. Called to get it fixed in the evening and was told that the shop was booked then and I'd have to wait a long time if I came in then. Took the car to another shop who fixed it and said that all 4 tires that I had installed at Goodyear in Strongsville needed to be re-balanced and had 5-6oz of wheel weights which was unnecessary, showing me the readout from the balancer. Update: Goodyear refunded the installation fee which is much appreciated.
