If your looking for a awesome place to buy your next vehicle!!!! I’ve bought my last six cars at another dealership in Medina. I had some issues with them so I decided to go elsewhere to see if they were all the same. I called around checked some dealerships out and found a great place to buy my vehicle. Thank you Bill Harris for being a great place for a car buying experience. I purchased 2 vehicles within 7 days and my sales person Matt listened to what I wanted and made both deals happen. He went above and beyond to take his time to make my experience great. The hole team at Bill Harris was amazing. Since buying the vehicles months ago they have personally contacted me several times to see if I had any issues (Who does that anymore!!!!!!) They take pride in what they do and as a customer you can feel the good vibe throughout the dealership. Josh did a fantastic job explaining the finances and answered all my questions in terms I could understand and shook my hand when all was said and done. Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car😎

I bought my first car on August 15th and Jacob Coffey was absolutely amazing. he made sure I was taking care of all of my needs and even had things I wanted in my car. amazing salesman and an even better person. I even got a handwritten letter from him in the mail today. this business keeps God at the forefront of their sales and that is what makes this the perfect place to buy your car from. Also Rachael was absolutely amazing with everything.she sat and talked to us as we waited, helped us with moving around numbers and is overall such an amazing lady. Highly recommend buying your car from this dealership.

Dillon did an amazing job, above and beyond! He was able to close a deal with a GMa that has the old way of thinking with purchasing a vehicle and that was no easy task! He made us feel like we were his main priority when he had a ton of other things going on and he took care of every detail imaginable. He came through with everything we discussed and needed for our daughters first car. He took the sale personal as if he were taking the car home for himself and what he would expect/want. I dreaded dealing with a “salesman” but have to admit I feel like we added a new family member by the time we left. We look forward to future purchases! Great job!!💙

What I had leased wasn't working in the snow so good. So I reached out to Jacob at the dealership to see if I could get out of the lease and get something better in the snow. An AWD, blue, backup assist, side view mirror lane assist etc. When something came in that fit that and even had extra special floor liners, he called me right away!! Said you need to come look at this! I did and he and the dealership worked me out of the current lease an into my new 2022 Chevy Equinox!! Beautiful royal blue color too!!! I was taken care of like family! They are the best group of people to work with!
