After my neighbor backed into my car we brought it in for repair. The whole process was great! Customer service is top notch, and the quality of work is fantastic. A part was back ordered and they were able to locate one in another state and get it here so I wouldn’t have to wait. Obviously that’s not always an option, but they fact that they try everything they can to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible is so nice. My husband and I were traveling to New York to visit family and hit a deer in Ohio. Our car was towed to Caliber Collision for repair. Elizabeth called us with updates frequently and since I live in Indiana I appreciated not having to worry about my car. The work was excellent. I am very very pleased with the communication and skills at this location. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that needs any work done. Not to mention, they finished a week earlier than expected.

I got rear ended and the person‘s insurance company insisted that I use caliber for the repairs. What a mistake that was! This place is an absolute joke from the repair all the way down to the customer service. I’ve had it back a second time for them to try and fix what they didn’t do right the first time. USAA insurance Claim. Tow truck dropped off vehicle to Caliber Collision shop on November 30th 2021 and today is December 7th and the claim adjuster and the vehicle owner still don't have a written estimate on the damages. No communication from the collision shop. The vehicle owner has to call the shop to get status on the vehicle and then the collision shop keeps telling the vehicle owner their working on it. Poor customer service. They have the correct email address and phone number and still no results. The vehicle is just sitting there. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
