I had an accident in November 2021. My car was towed to them and within a day they got an estimate together and sent to the insurance company! We had some trouble getting parts from GM. Apparently there is a parts shortage in the United States. It took 4 months to get the part from GM,after they made 3 of the same part that did not pass inspection then there was a steel shortage we waited another month for it to be made again. During this grueling 6months without my vehicle Perfection One called me every week to give me an update on it. They are wonderful people to work with and my vehicle was perfect when I picked it up.Thank you Jason and your team!!you are amazing!! Service: Body & Trim

Perfection One was incredible I had a shattered windshield and dent where a cinder block had bounced in my 2021 Kia Forte. They were great from sending someone ASAP to pickup the car because it was undriveable and got started immediately. They worked side by side with my insurance and kept me well informed and updated throughout the whole process! They have amazing customer service and it was always a pleasure to talk with the staff.
