I had to return my suv due to the sensor warning light coming on, they said they fixed it and sent me on my way. A day later the same issue occurred and I also noticed they didn't properly placed a clip back on the bumper. So I had to take it back. I would not recommend anyone to go there, the one in brrokpark Service: Body & Trim

Friendly personnel, convenient location, clean facility Inside, front customer parking lot is small and needed salted during winter ice/snow, but was taken care of promptly once mentioned. Would like to see them open later for retrieving your vehicle as you could use the drop off for early hours. Would 100 % use again. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

My husbands and I’s car got hit at the beginning of January, this place was in our insurance’s network so we took our car here to get it fixed. Ultimately the car ended up being a loss, it’s whatever, and our insurance was trying to contact them so they could pick the car up. It’s now going on almost 3 days that our insurance company can’t get a hold of anyone, our adjuster can’t and we can’t either. We called the corporate office yesterday and explained the situation, then we finally got a call from them, my husband tells them the company that’s trying to get the car and all that. We think everything’s fine. Until today we find out the car hasn’t been picked up still, they still aren’t answering the phone to set this up. So days have gone by and we’re still trying to get this straightened out. All that needs to happen is the car needs picked up and we’d be done with them and move on from this whole thing. This company seems very unprofessional, apparently can’t answer a call or return a call for that matter. I can’t speak on if they’re good at fixing cars, but their customer service skills are very much lacking. If we’re ever in an accident again, definitely not going through them.

If you are in need of repair, go to Crash Champions! A worker by the name of Sal did an absolutely wonderful job with my car and was very professional and honest during the whole process. I was called with updates along the way and my car was done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done! Services: Body & Trim, Painting

When I called to take my car in for an estimate for some minor fender damage I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment which should have been my first clue. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning for repair and was told it would be ready for pickup on Friday. They have had my car for over 2 weeks and it is still not done! I will never use them again and will let my insurance company (who recommended them) know how long they took to make the repair. I definitely do not recommend this company! Update Finally got my car back and they billed for about 19 labor hours. I understand there is time needed to get parts and curing as well as other things but OVER 2 weeks?? That is 80 labor hours! Also Somehow a half a tank of gas was used! NEVER AGAIN! The business responded to my first review with send us a private message or call us. There was no indication of where to send the message so I called, twice and hung up after 20 rings the first time and 12 the second time.... Services: Body & Trim, Painting

I brought my car in after an accident because they work with my insurance and I thought it'd be easier. They never called me to give me my estimate or reviewed it until I called them and complained. (It'd been there a whole week at this point.) They already submitted the estimate to my insurance before going over it with me. They said they'd be working on it about a week/week and a half. I told them I didnt have a rental and that I'd need it by Monday (a week) for work. He said he would call me on Friday to let me know the status, so I could be prepared by Monday if I can get it in the AM. It is now Friday night and no one called. They are not open over the weekend so I have no idea when my car will be ready. They were well aware of my situation and disregarded it to again not notify me of my car. I will not be coming back after this. Update: I called first thing Monday morning and they said it'll be another week until it's done. I explained my frustration and they never even apologized, just said she'd call when it was ready. AGAIN. Update: I tried to call the number they responded to this post with and they said no one named Mark works at that shop.
