My rating is generous because I have never witness rude behavior initiated from staff but always rude customers. Cleaniness of the entire store is awful. Too much traffic too close to your doors. ~Keba

Friendly personnel, convenient location, clean facility Inside, front customer parking lot is small and needed salted during winter ice/snow, but was taken care of promptly once mentioned. Over the phone I was quoted a price for a repair. My sister has used him before and was pleased with his work. When he called with the actually price it was almost double what he quoted me. I decided not to have the work done so he wanted to charge me a service charge. One was never mentioned but that was ok. However, I did dispute the $68 fee with his wife as I was misquoted and drove 45 mins to get my car there. I offered to pay half the service fee which I think is fair, but his wife became irate and said, "this is riduculous" and then said, "come get your car and you and your sister never come back." What? What did my sister have to do with this? Then very rudely she said, "we don't want your kind of business" and hung up on me. My sister has never had a problem with them and has referred Steve to many, but his wife is very unprofessional, rude and very child like in that she had a temper tantrum for not getting her way. I didn't ask for anything for free, it was fair to pay half but instead she threw her tantrum and asked us both never to go back - as if I would. I feel bad for my sister but his wife is horrible. I hope she can afford losing his customers like this - especially when there's a service station on every corner. Watch out for this service station. Mark is truly and clearly the best mechanic that you will ever work with. He is straightforward, reliable, and honest to the core. He has performed miracles on my car and gone above and beyond every time I have worked with him. He does not overcharge (in the slightest) and wants to only fix what needs to be fixed. They absolutely ROBBED me. I’m a 29 year old female. And they totally took advantage of my lack of knowledge, they charged me almost $900 for a new exhaust, and the man working on my car said I also needed a wheel barring…they were going to charge me &450 for one wheel barring! I just took my car to another shop, to get my wheel barring done and it costed me $150.
