Very unclean and outdated. I remember birds used to live in the store at one point, and on a couple occasions, I have found molding/expired produce.

Most of the staff that works at this kroger location is annoying, rude, and I just hate them. They don’t even have anyone at the bakery and when they do they are rude. AS WELL AS THE CHECKOUT PEOPLE. So nasty Another thing, it’s empty. They are always out of stock on so many items every time!!!!!!!!

Groceries always out of stock. Without fail, there are empty shelves for select items such as butter, yogurt, cream cheese, water bottles, chicken breast, and more depending on the week. If item A is in stock, item B is missing and vice versa. This is not a pandemic issue as other Krogers are fully stocked and it's this location specifically that always seems to be missing groceries. It feels ridiculous asking workers to "check in the back" to see if they have your items, like you would at a clothing store if you can't find your size.

They have had the expired mayo (yellow cap) on the shelf for six months. No one checks the freshness on the dates so you should!

I came here before and some old male worker bothered me at the self checkout registers. He was rude and offensive. When I was checking out my item halfway he switched my language setting on his end on my screen to a language I don’t even speak but he assumed I did. I was confused and then offended because apparently he thought that I don’t speak English by what he said to me after my checkout as I was passing by him leaving. I did not appreciate that. It caused me to be annoyed and mad after I left. Nobody was friendly.

Kroger at this location is good but when compared to the new one at 18 and Dequindre, it's not well stocked, lacks some of the fresh bakery items. The fresh produce and dairy section is still very good. Check out their clearance stuff, sometimes you can pick up some good stuff at great prices

This Kroger is probably the worst location as far as customer service. Deli department closes any time they want, sliced meats are only what they want, not what customers are looking for. Managers are not around at 7 pm for help, and all is blamed on short staff.
