Was looking for plastic model glue, and even had a picture on my phone to show. Hard to get anyone working there to engage - one of them actually turned and ran when I tried to ask. When I could get them to talk, they just kept sending me to each other's departments. Toys made sense. Crafts made sense. Hardware a little less so. Electronics not at all. Ended up leaving without it.

I've been doing a lot of curbside pick up lately. With my schedule I have no time to actually shop. I just had to chuckle this time when I got a notification for a substitution for my coconut milk.. They wanted to substitute coconut water for coconut milk. Seriously? They are not even close to being the same thing.🤦♀️

Not too much to review other than the last person we had to encounter was the “greeter” an older man on a scooter that was beyond rude about looking at our receipt before we left. He was wearing a mask and face shield and wasn’t speaking clearly and was “attempting” to tell me to wait. I was almost to the doorway and he finally spoke up and said “YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR CART BACK” without doing anything but sitting there and gesturing. Someone in management please train him in customer service.

You should just shut down the photo department if you're not going to staff it properly or have pictures ready when you told a customer they would be. I came into the store 3 times to pick up pictures, only to have to wait because no one printed out the pictures. You are really letting your customers down offering a service and not following through.b

Employees are rude, have no communication. Store ALWAYS looks like it just got a shipment but has no one working to put anything away and the bathrooms are always gross like they gave up on cleaning them.

Review is based solely on the bottle return. It was clean, which was nice. But it rejected many cans and bottles for popular alcohol brands (white claws, smirnoff ices). Customer service said they'd look into it but also advised me the bottle return shouldn't even have been open, it closes at , rendering it useless to many folks who have to work during those hours and come later in the evening.

In prior years this was a great location however, the stores professionalism, cleanliness and staff have severely gone downhill. Curbside pick up took over a half an hour, five unanswered check in phone calls and a trip inside the store; only to wait in line to speak to a customer service cashier whom had to flag down someone else in order to get my purchases. Stay away from this Troy location. Awful experience.

It's a Supercenter. You can always rush here anytime even after peak hour shopping time. Maybe the staffing shortage is hitting Walmart hard. The aisles are blocked, not clean and unstocked. It's barely able to keep up the customer demands. I see the associates stocking up aisles at all times, no one really helps. Even the trial rooms are closed unable to keep up with the workload!

I'm only rating curbside pickup: They are exceptionally timely and efficient. The staff is polite and courteous. The pick up area is clean and shaded from the sun with a pleasant breeze on a hot and sunny summer day. I almost wanted to just sit there in my car a little while longer lol

This review is only for the grocery pickup. This group does a great job getting you out. They communicate any issues with the order and get you loaded up quick. They also offer options for failure items like eggs, etc.
