The Austin town location used to be the best it is the absolute worst now they always overcook steak so much that I don't even order it anymore and the customer service is horrible The portions are horrible and terribly small while charging u more they believe that 5 pieces of cheese on top of a bowl is the portion they're supposed to give and when you ask for more than they charge you for it, then they forgot to put queso on my bowl so I went back and said you forgot to put it on and she charged me $2.65 for a side of it when I called n complained she told me to bring my bowl back and they would put it on my bowl for me but wouldnt refund for overcharging me for their mistake they are the absolute worst do not go eat here they are terrible and sadly their food is now as well. Their customer service is gone so seriously downhill and is the worst I will drive to Salem or Canfield if I eat any of their food again. They've lost all the good they had.

I accidentally placed an order for a location over an hour away. I was so upset because quesadillas aren't available in Austintown at this time (machine to cook them is down.) So, I got in line to order anyway. I ordered my food and when I went to pay they said it was taken care of. I didn't expect this at all. This was my mistake. Thank you to the employees and manager working this evening. I was touched by your kindness. I will pay it forward in return.

Usually pretty good food. I love Chipotle, so unless they mess up the order, I'll usually give 5 stars. Restaurant was pretty clean, staff was very friendly. Very good experience

There was a insect in my daughter's rice. She took it very quietly to the counter and they apologized and offered to make her a new meal but did not add chicken that she had paid for.

Horrible attitudes. They rush you. And I specifically asked for nothing hot. Got the hottest thing I've ever tasted. Wasted $20 because due to med issues I can't eat hot stuff. Phone won't connect to the store. Last time at this location.

Place has definitely gone down hill. Bunch of people that don’t want to do there job/work. Stood there for 10 min w/ 2 ppl in front of me (1 of them just waiting to check out) solely bc the two workers were bsing/talking. The chipotle specialty drinks are never running/filled no matter time of day. The quesadilla machine has been “broke” for weeks. They rarely have pork. The one guy slops fresh salsa w/o draining it first making a soup instead of a bowl. Sad because this place use to be on point.

In terms of the food, it was delicious just like every Chipotle I've ever been to. The customer service was lacking for the most part. We stopped here on a 10 hour drive from Michigan to Maryland as a group of 8 with 3 small children. It was our first chance to get our littles out of the car and enjoy a meal at a restaurant we all enjoy. While our kids were antsy, they were reasonable in volume and activity, especially for their ages. They were respectful of the space. The server who took our order at the beginning (Courtney) was especially friendly, but otherwise the staff we interacted with were rude and unwelcoming. As soon as we were done eating, the staff came and took the highchair and chair we were using to contain the kids and stop them from moving around the entire restaurant. I hope their intentions were to be helpful putting these items away, but it came off as though we were unwelcome (even though the restaurant was empty and we were not disturbing anyone) and needed to leave ASAP. Lastly, there was no changing table in the bathrooms so this location is not family-friendly.

I ordered a Chicken Burrito with sour cream and cheese. Normally its a good size. But this time, it was half its size and they expected me to pay $8 for the size of a kids meal 1?! Thats crazy! Mext time i will tell yall to remake it. You can tell by the picture of the burrito that its the size of my hands and that is half of what it shouldve looked!
