The person working the drive through made it an uncomfortable experience. It was difficult putting in my order since evrytime i spoke, she thought Id finished. When spoke louder, she told not to yell. All of this resulted in my order being wrong and my family and myself werent even able to enjoy what we got.

Place an Order through Drive-Thru Had To Wait 30 Minutes chicken was hot sides was cold there was no napkins chocolate chip cake missing when I called them they told me to come back who is paying for the gas when I asked for a refund they told me to they will mail me a postcard this KFC management is out of control staff does know not what customer service they asked me to wait for 20 minutes after 30 minutes I reversed to the window period little that you know I burned my gas waiting for 30 minutes waiting for some cold food no honey for my biscuits the biscuits were cold . #ThisKFCSucksStaffAndManagement I will never go there again I will ask for a full refund on my credit card service sucks food is nasty no one wants to spend $40 dollars!

Thought they would get it together. Went inside , dreadie took my order , got it wrong ,then left ,little blond with blue tail workin the counter didnt know wat was goin on dont know wat a breast was ,got two backs. Go outside two employees one in a blue an gray truck is getting laped around the parking lot by dreadie in the green chevy van. Wat a circus !

Doors says unlocked for dine in, which it wasn't. Folks inside looked at me, one girl was going to open the door and another said something, then she waved her hands at me to shew me away! After this long, its time to either stop with the covid stuff or close your doors permanently! Every other KFC location in the area was open. We went to Elm Rd location to eat.

You could just look at chicken wings & see they were old but I tried one & than regretted it. No slaw dressing on coleslaw so it was just dry cabbage in a bowl

Pay almost 8.00 for something and hardley get any popcorn chicken, they didnt give us the sauce we asked for and to top it all off food was Cold! Horrible

Absolute terrible experience. Made an online order and went to pick up my food. When I arrived the inside was closed so I had to wait in the drive thru line. I waited 20 minutes in line before receiving my order. When I got home I found the the order was not all there and that none of the drinks that we ordered had ice in them. Not to mention they were not full. I tried to call the location but got a message that they were busy and could not come to the phone. I drove back to the location and found a worker outside the door. I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said that he was locked out and has been trying to get back in for ten minutes and that they had the phone off the hook. When they finally let him back in he sent the manager outside to speak with me. I explained the situation about the missing food and also the drinks. He said we are having trouble with our ice machine. When I mentioned I tried to call and the phones where not working and that the worker told me the phones were off the hook he told me he was lying. I dialed the number while we were standing there and confirmed the phone was not working. He said for my inconvenience we would give us a chocolate cake. Please start taking pride in your work! We will not be back.
