Awful service. Waited around 45 mins, while other people that placed larger orders were taken before me. Not sure how something is fast food when you’re waiting 45 mins. Wouldn’t EVER recommend this dump to anyone. Manager told me to google the number because they didn’t know it.

We were in line ~ 20 minutes before someone came out to say their microphone was not working. No sign on the menu to say pull up to the window. It took over 45 minutes to get through the line. In that time, someone had been out twice. We were also rear ended by the truck behind us while waiting. I called back to tell them about 10 cars were waiting at the microphone, even though they were out emptying the garbage. All of this around 10 pm on a Thursday night. I love Popeye's, but.....

Got a 16 pc meal, $43. Love their crispy, spicy chicken, but, the side dishes were woefully small, sufficient for maybe 3 kids, not adults. The crispy, spicy chicken is THE BEST!

They had more chicken on the warming racks but no customers the chicken tasted fresh and hot the place is immaculate clean bathrooms are clean but no customer well at least when I was there I know they're going to have a lot of chicken left over or getting dried out on those warming racks

Just close down like the Steak n Shake!!!! They were unable to make sandwiches the correct way and YOU ARE UNABLE TO FRY CHICKEN and assemble the sandwich the right way. It's the area maybe, the people who live close enough to work there do not take pride in anything they do; they don't care about courtesy but I am sure they will complain if they went to a restaurant that held them in the drive through line for 40 minutes waiting for fast food; or, if the restaurant gave them food that was cold or dry or half cooked! Just make this real-estate space a LAUNDROMAT that's what they need not a money making opportunity because they don't know quality effort or food. I no longer eat POPEYES FROM ANYWHERE NOW AND DIDN'T EAT STEAK N SHAKE because of the scant meat offered.

I sat at this speaker for 25 mins. I heard the speaker come in. I said hello then the speaker went of. This happened twice. I pulled up to the window. I explained that I had been waiting at the speaker for 20 minutes and no one ever even said “I’ll be with you in a moment.” I was told I can’t make orders at the window and to pull back around to the speaker. No apologies, empathy or sympathy. Very dogmatic!!!! Ridiculous!

Did not get classic fish sandwich like requested, got spicy. Chicken wings horribly overpriced especially when you get the ones in the picture.. I ate the little ones first look how little the bones were.

3 times I have gone there and placed in order and not one of the three times was my order correct! And then I also took pictures of how horrible the meat looked when I got home with someone else's order 🤬🤬🤬 2 times I have gone there to place my order inside... The service was great and my orders were correct and the chicken was perfect 🤗 the wait time was just as long as it was the very first time I went there in the drive thru , and the second time. After calling them when I got home within 5 mins , the phone was busy . I called all the way up to the time they closed....no answer! I went up there the next day and spoke with the manager , she was pleasant and she did say that because I didn't have all the food she could not replace the whole order due to the fact that I had some hungry man watching the game that night it didn't really care from drinking! Me on the other hand had nothing because I refuse to eat any of this dried chicken! and that it was I should of open up a piece and let you all seen it .. but I was to upset about this order 🤨

So many complaints. 1. Line is always super long and slow moving. 2. Order accuracy is usually a problem. 3. Hours on website, on Google and the app all show this popeyes is closed throughout the week. They ALL are wrong. I'm not sure if they operate when they feel like it? No hours posted in drive thru (see photo). 4. Last but not least, after pulling to the last window... I seen what looked to be a trash can that was used for rice. A dirty white trash can, visible from the drive thru window labeled "rice" (See photo). How disgusting! Please don't order rice... matter of fact, if the rice bin looked like that what else don't we see?!
