Worst Staff Ever…So called manager Tony is the worst ever. Staff there is rude. They treat customers like they common criminals. I almost switched banks after this last encounter. If you have huntington bank skip this location unless you want to encounter rude staff.

Got there 15 minutes after opening and they aren’t open. There was a line of people waiting to use the bank.

Why did they choose a building with such high steps? They have been there long enough now to build in a ramp. If you can't manage the steps, you have to go in an alternate entrance further away from the bank and then knock to be let in. Doesn't make you feel like a valued customer.

This location has the best staff who are always friendly and remember us every time we go in. I’ve had very good experiences here. The location is also incredibly convenient which is a plus.

This location has the worst customer service. The bankers are rude and most of the time they don’t know what they are doing. They really need a whole new group of staff at this location. Thanks for your time

I love this bank. The customer service is phenomenal. The employees are all friendly and helpful. I wouldn't bank anywhere else. But I took away one star because this location is not handicap accessible. Today I had to carry an elderly woman's walker up the stairs and help her in the bank. There isn't even a handicap door opener. We have a large elderly population in this neighborhood. This really needs to be fixed.

Bankers do not follow plan of action as outlined and as discussed. Do not offer any reconciliation after messing up. Don't really care about you. Just 'tough luck' or 'take it up with corporate'.

the atm has been broken for 5 days. how is this not a priority?

The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable people, who will process ur transaction lightning quick. The downside is, the tight outdated facility and unfortunate location along Lyndhurst's worst kept street, the north side of cedar rd. The ATM is very busy often times, which means the car line sometimes extends out into the street. The ATM will sometimes be unavailable for either deposit or withdrawal b/c of how much business it gets. this place is very hard to get to during rush hour. if ur coming from the west its darn near impossible to get into the turning lane w/o overshooting the whole plaza. if ur coming from the east it's easier BUT the right hand lane on cedar rd is w/o exaggeration atrocious and ur suspension will get a work out (busted ball joints?). on top of this there's a whole prison like contraption that prevents more than one person coming in @ a time. the space inside is kinda tight and claustrophobic, adding to the prison feeling you get when you first enter. im pretty sure the huge percentage of people over 70 that bank at Huntington where the ones that wanted the "safety doors" as the neighborhood became less homogenous a few years back
