The three stars are for the food. But I didn't give five stars because I was treated as if my presence was not wanted and my business was unappreciated. I thanked them many times but the person helping me didn't thank me once. I didn't we even get a "hello." I wasn't asked what type of chicken I wanted and I received regular famous recipe. I drove back around and accepted responsibility. I apologized for not stating I wanted crispy and purchased crispy chicken. The lady didn't say "it's ok" or "I'm sorry for not asking." Instead she displayed an irritated attitude that I came back. I was charged almost $8 for two pieces of chicken. I knew this wasn't the correct price but I just let it go. Even down to me asking for salt packets. I was given one salt and a bunch of pepper. I had to ask for salt again. The food was delicious. My husband is from another country. He's never had Famous Recipe. He enjoyed the food as did I. It's my favorite chicken. But the customer service experience was extremely lacking.

I want to give them 0 stars but in order to post this I had to give a rating. Every time I go through the drive thru they always have my orders screwed up! It amazes me how incompetent the employees are. When I get home to enjoy the meal the chicken is dried out and nasty!!! I now drive to the Englewood which is about a 30 mile round trip. The Englewood restaurant is always busy, because their chicken is always fresh and the orders are always right!!!

As many times as I have picked up food and delivered it for your customers, I’ve always had a good experience until today! I don’t like to complain about anyone but this young lady with reddish longish hair certainly was very very rude. I order 2 meals and get up to the window, a young kid helped me that time and forgot the receipt as I need one to get a picture of it. So I thought ok I’ll just ask for one when my meal comes out. That girl comes with the food.. literally throws it at me and slams the window before I could ask her.. I mean I was shocked that someone can be so rude😳I had to get that kids attention by knocking on the window.. and when I told him what happened just like a typical kid these days with no communication skills just stares at me with a blank look. Please train your staff to be professional! If they hate customers and delivery drivers so much then why work In hospitality? Also! Please take the country fried steak off the delivery menus on the grub hub app! Please! And Thank You!

When did this place get so bad? I used to love this chicken and today I got the chicken breast combo my chicken was rubbery and not even hot. And the baked beans were so hot that I'm pretty sure they came from the microwave! The biscuit was dry and also not hot. I am absolutely disappointed

The staff has been horrible. Why is it every time I go through and order something the staff is always acting like it’s a burden to make some food. Like really it’s your job and quit being so stingy about giving sauces!!!!!!!!!! I get two things of ranch or whatever and they never ever put it in there no more. What the hell is the problem with this place

Haven't been there in a while. Just got a strip snack...was very hot and fresh. Even included dipping sauce butter and honey without asking. Very good

Very good fried chicken. The gravy and mashed potatoes were very good. The biscuit was the best I have had in a while.

If you've never had the opportunity to eat at a Lee's Chicken then you need to. This location did not disappoint! Lee's is nothing more than a fast food chicken restaurant, but the quality is a level above almost every other competitor. My wife and I both ordered chicken strips, potato wedges, a biscuit and some fried pickles. Everything was spectacular! Our meals were served hot & fresh, and we waited maybe less than four minutes for everything. Total was around $12 or so and portions were very fair. Overall, if you've been to any Lee's then you already know, but if you haven't then I highly recommend this location. You won't be disappointed!

Dining area is very clean. Food is Great! They are friendly and meals served hot. They even have an ice cream menu that not all famous recipe restaurants provide. The ice cream menu is from Farmhouse Dairy Treats.
