As a independent contractor delivery driver, I think Papa John's is one of the best pickup places because they are quick and efficient. There's always a time I can remove this review but I am going to place it now because I feel it's important. I have had a great experience as an independent contractor for this restaurant particularly, but when I pulled in this evening to do a delivery I was Disturbed to find one of the Papa John's employees standing right next to the pickup window smoking a cigarette. I do not think this is a good image for the company and it's not good for the customers whether they're a delivery driver or a paying regular customer that comes up to the window picking up their order.

Normally pretty good, but today my pizza was cold and soggy, and the wing flavor was wrong, so now not everyone can eat the wings. Kinda bummed. Look how small 😞

Got hung up on at 9:00 pm when ordering. Then called back and asked for a discount for being hung up on and got laughed at and then hung up on again. 4/19 is the date it happened. Was on a pap johns ordering streak. Will never order there again until they make it right. Dead serious. East of Chicago on the way right now......

I placed order yesterday scheduled for today I have not received my order yet the driver cannot find the adress I'm not happy worst service ever. I don't get no phone or nothing about when the order is on the way.

They send door dash and they just throw your food on the ground. They don’t even knock on your door. Very disappointed in service.

The quality of the pizzas have really declined. Each time my pizza literally just falls apart or it sticks to the box. I even asked for it to be baked well done. Never again

Never anything but problems at this location!i gave it another go because it is close to my house. Last time I ordered online andi went to pick it up and they said “Oh man, nobody called you? Ya we cancelled all orders cause we gotta close early because we have no closing manager!”

If I could give no stars, I would. I made 17 phone calls to the number listed and was disconnected 17 times. I spoke to 5 different people who are only able to "place new orders". When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was told there was no one. I NEVER got to speak to someone at this actual sight. This is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! UPDATE: I finally got to speak to someone on site and she was delightful and helped solve my issue. Unfortunately, she has no say on how the call center functions.

Not a single mask or glove to be found on any employee during covid19 as I picked up my carry-out. Lots of employees outside sharing cigarettes though. I left dismayed at the complete lack of respect for anyone who orders from there. I generally appreciate Papa Johns products but not enough to order from this location again, especially when there are so many high quality local places.
