Wow After seeing so many Complaints for maybe years or months they are still the same they are still slow there’s only one or two people attending in front I don’t know how these people don’t change the way they work I seen other office and they are pretty quick at doing there job this one it’s just there’s so lazy to help people.

Super long line all the way to the parking lot but one lady working in a slow motion! Management doesn’t give Dime walking around, like they are walking in the park!

I have been coming to this location for 10+ years. This is by far the worst location as far as customer service and efficiency goes. It takes me an average 30 minutes in line each and every time I come to make a deposit. I really hope they hire more help asap. Ever since they lost Winston as an employee from this location, it’s gotten worse and worse.

There is only 1 teller while another few are walking around. A lady in the lobby is helping customers who are walking and stepping in her line, once they finished she proceeds to help the LAST person in line first. Mind you, another lady and myself are in the same line in front of her and the person behind us gets assisted first. I walked out. 20 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. What kind of courtesy and respectful service is that??
