I've been banking at this location now for several years, ever since they absorbed BestBank (which I was very sad to see go). Like a lot of people I didn't want to be forced to go to a bank I didn't know, but my experience with Carolyn Donaldson has been fantastic. She gave me some business ideas that helped me understand how the bank can help my business; I didn't initially pursue them but after thinking about them for a few years I thought I'd give them a shot. Her advice has turned out to be correct and tremendously beneficial. If you're a business owner, I recommend sitting down and having a chat with her. I'm very glad I did!

This is the absolute worst bank / branch that I have ever dealt with. RUN from this bank. This branch and the First Citizens Bank allowed a third party company (Paysafe- California) to steal money out of my business account, even AFTER I complained to them at least 10 times. I advised them not to let this third party debit my account. I called their fraud department on July 12 and spoke to them for 45 minutes. I went to the branch in person on July 13th , and I spoke to the branch manager. They did not care and the third party continued debiting my account even several weeks after July 13. The bank staff lied about me and said that I threatened to harm them when I never did, period. When I complained again about them allowing Paysafe to steal money out of my bus acct they made me close out my account after being there almost 20 years. I went to the bank and asked for a redemption of all of my business account money. The bank refused, and instead called the police on me, filed a criminal trespass on me, refused to just give me my money after I asked for it several times, and actually handed all of my money to a Gwinnett County Policemen, and let him walk out of the bank with all of my money IN CASH. Did I mention that I am a minister, pastoral counselor, and ex officer myself? Do not do business with this awful branch.

I have had accounts at many local banks and branches, and the Indian Trail First Citizens is the best. Carol, Maggie, Fahima, and Carolyn are excellent. They go out of their way to assist me. I strongly recommend this team and branch.

I am a business customer records are important. They VERY freaking important, This sorry excuse for a bank does not keep records available for download for longer than 12 months so when it was time to do taxes I looked back to get my BUSINESS statements. I only could get Aug 2018 till present. They kindly let me know it would be $7 per statement. I bank with a few other banks and all keep records for 5 years or more. When I asked if it was proper for a bank to do that. The rude bank manager you hear about condescendingly cited, that's their policy. I asked if she thinks that is an acceptable practice, she said that is a personal answer and sees where I am coming from. She also invited me to do my banking with an institution that was more to my liking.

This is the worst bank ever to come to Ga they have no clue to what good customer service is at this Norcross location the Vice president of this bank was very rude and she has the teller acting the same way I will never in ever recommend this bank to anyone ever I was a best bank account holder WHEN THEY FIRST CAME TO GA.BUT WHEN THEY CHANGED over to FIRST CITIZENS BANK I was treat like U know what not only does the Norcross location treat you like your nothing but the Corporate office as well they should pack up and go back to Reilegh NC ASAP. if I was able to give no STARS THEY WOULD GET NO STARS. If their are other who has experience the same as I have please make it known to the public BEST BANK YOU ARE BEING MISSED THANK GOD FOR DELTA CREDIT UNION BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER CHECK THEM OUT NO PROBLEM EVER. EVEN WHEN MY ID WAS STOLEN THEY MADE LIFE EASY.

Worst customer service ever!!! As a business owner customer service is #1 in my opinion. I have never visited a bank and the staff never acknowledge the customer at all. For 50 mins I waited to close a "Best Bank Account". Waited on a Reprensative with 5 customers waiting before us, and still no one asked what service did we need. I walked to a office with a bank rep. seating inside and she said we had to wait on another Rep to close the account(which was not the truth).. Finally,.. a teller walked over asked if we needed help(because she seen us waiting a long while). I will never be back.., I would tell any new customer to run from this bank. Trust me your money will be better off at another bank.
