5 Best bank in Norcross, Georgia (GA) 2024

If 0 star was a option for this wells Fargo 1625 Indian Trail Road Norcross, GA. 30093 location.I visited this location on 4/7/22 for a wire transfer for a purchase on a home. I waited for over 1 hour to be told 45 mins later by Branch Manager Ryan Fotis that my ID was fake, he could not do the transaction but I can send wire on WF app. The amount I needed to send was well over the amt the online app would accept, that's why I came in to speak with a banker. Im sure if any fraud was being commited 911 would have been called if that was the case. However, I provided all documentation, CA ID, closing paperwork, work ID, and atm cards with pin numbers for all 3 accounts with WF, and still was told no by Ryan Fotis again. I have been a customer since 2015 and have never been told denied from any of my accounts, or discriminated against at any WF anywhere. I was embarrassed, confused, and just felt like, my money was not secure. Restructure is needed immediately.for this location. To anyone who banks with this location or travels out of State DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION..I still have not heard from Wells fargo in regards to the complaint ( business Banker)Elaine filed on my behalf. ~Wanda

I went to an ATM in Chamblee/on Peachtree road and the deposit service was not working,after that I decided to go to that branch in Jimmy Carter with Buford,I had the same bad experience,the deposit service was not available.When,I decided to leave I lost one bill,($$) accidentally I dropped it ,but the next customer saw it and she got it,she should have given it to me,but for her was easier to take it for herself.it was so easy to say, becareful you lost that bill,or is this yours? HONESTY please! I would like to know if you with your outside cameras,can help me to recognize that person? I remember her,but only you can see clearly what customer was behind me.The ATM registered our information,of course.That sad situation happened on April 3rd/22 before 7:00 pm,maybe 6:40pm. I've been banking at this location now for several years, ever since they absorbed BestBank (which I was very sad to see go). Like a lot of people I didn't want to be forced to go to a bank I didn't know, but my experience with Carolyn Donaldson has been fantastic. She gave me some business ideas that helped me understand how the bank can help my business; I didn't initially pursue them but after thinking about them for a few years I thought I'd give them a shot. Her advice has turned out to be correct and tremendously beneficial. If you're a business owner, I recommend sitting down and having a chat with her. I'm very glad I did! ~Techno

WHY ON EARTH IS THERE ALWAYS JUST ONE TELLER????? HORRIFIC SERVICE. This bank is always closed, they always have a line and it’s always just a huge inconvenience to get anything done. Whenever you try to go inside to get something done they act like they don’t want you there and want you to use the ATM. I will be closing my account within the next few days. Horrible!
