We love this store. Fresh Coffee and Bakery Daily. Hot & Cold foods and beverages. Its nice to stop here before taking a walk to the Glen High Bridge, Cuyahoha River at the end of Sackett 1 block up. Spend less on frivolous REMODELS that are absolutely NOT ESSENTIAL and FIX THE BROKEN REGISTER TO EXPEDITE CUSTOMERS QUICKER. You have 2 days to comply or I will contact the Summit County Health Department as well as the local Fire Marshall, as you are well beyond capacity at many times of the day. Corporate needs to FIX THE BROKEN REGISTER at 4th Street and Sackett, in Cuyahoga Falls NOW! You are forcing people to stand in lines for extended periods, which is what CAUSES COVID-19 TO SPREAD. The fact that you had "corporate" personnel here last week, looking at an air conditioner remodel, lets all of us know how LITTTLE you care about fixing items that are causing humans to clutter and be shoved together in an already tight atmosphere.

I go to this Circle K offten. Great for coffee, donuts, and, the staff is awesome. I love going. I've met many people from around town. :)

Let me start by saying I've never had a problem with this circle. Today I went in for coffee I handed the lady $1.85 in change just as the woman before me did who handed her the change and walk out.I had no intentions of walking out before my change was counted it was what she said"let's see if you got this right let me count it" I feel she was questioning my ability to either count or she thought I was going to hand her a handful of change and run out the door.I can't personally describe the woman except that she was older because she didn't mean much to me but from now on I'll lay my change on the counter that way they know I'm allowing them tocount it and I'm not trying to be slick or run out.

The chubby blonde hair older women is very rude. I want to explain to her about refill coffee, I spend $30-60 on coffee a month because I like your coffee. Then to have the size of my refill cup questioned because it was 24 oz you now lost me as a customer. Then hearing her rant and gossip to another employee was the icing on the cake

Steven Ratay...i dont know what u saw..but im in there quite often..n have never seen that condition that ur talking about..unless its after it got hit by a bunch of school kids...the workers are all hard workers n very courtesy...n very helpful..

This was THE WORST, circle k I have ever been to. Amy was the employee working at the time, and I do not believe she is capable of working in the store by herself. There were old burnt hot dogs on a dirty roller, the nacho cheese AND chilli was out, there was product on the floor, the polar pop area was dirty AND sticky. When we brought this to her attention she got frustrated, and angry that we were telling her this. I do not know if she was on drugs or what but she is completely oblivious to the store's needs, AND the customers. I completely understand why there is a hiring sign on their door. I will never return to this circle k. Infact I will take my business to Sheetz from now on. If I could, I would give ZERO STARS.
