Metro by T-Mobile

Store clusters at 8p I got there at 7:15. A sales Rep named AIRY 1st tried to state The phones I was wanting aren't free. So I pulled up the metro ad on line proved it was. He said the other Motorola with the stylus he was out of. No problem I didn't ask for that 1 so I didn't care he even said he had the Other Motorola the new 1 W/O STYLUS. Next he asked if I had my account numberd So I called fot it while the Phone He begins telling me how he only has 1 5G PHONE IN STOCK. WTH???? When I went in I directly stated ****I wanted to port over 3 đź“žS. NOT 1 !!!! And that just wasted my time I thought metro hire competent people? ~Maunica

Shell gas station ⛽️

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. If you see females working, go to a different gas station. This place must hire Akron raised trash. Plus over priced products. Cashiers don’t wanna do their job correctly either. Their cell phones are more important then customers. Loud and obnoxious and act like their doing YOU a favor. If the owner was smart he’d hire better employees. ~Paige

Taco Bell

Past 2 times I’ve been here it’s cash only. Barely anyone keeps cash on them. No signs stating that, so you wait in the long just to be told cash only at the speaker. When I came Friday and was lucky enough to find a few dollars in my car, my quesadilla was barely cooked. Hard chicken I could barely chew, and the cheese was cold and stringy. ~Mariah

Verizon

Customer service reps were nice but Verizon as a whole is not. I was waiting for a sales rep from the store to call me the next day and I never received a call back. Overall my service itself is good but Verizon is overpriced and their phone customer service reps are usually not knowledgeable regarding service and how to fix an issue, hang up on you, and cold transfer often ~Shané

Sheetz

Disastrous inside and out. The parking is full with garbage from overflowing trash cans. Cigarette butts everywhere. You can barely see the grass they do have as it's littered with garbage. I feel bad for the dealership next door to have to deal with it Inside is just as bad, if not worse. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The floors are a wreck. I'm sure the fryers haven't been cleaned properly in quite some time. And the coolers are sitting at about 50% capacity.... The place is in pretty rough shape compared to other locations. ~Nathan

Tool & Truck Rental Center at The Home Depot

First time renter - made a reservation online and picked up the tools for a 4-hr rental. Staff checking me out was not knowledgeable (did not recognize the word “aerator”) and did not inform me of any of the policies or procedures, but did make sure to charge me $18 for damage protection. $128 for two tools for 4 hours. Only upon return was I informed that I should clean the tools or a fee would be assessed. At that point, I didn’t have the time or requisite assistance to that. So an additional $125 was charged. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and poor service! Don’t make mistake, go local (right next door!) ~Ben
