Refuse to deliver a 748$ couch even tho I paid for delivery. They refuse to even let me pick up my couch that I already paid for 3 days ago. Screw this place! Don't ever come here unless you want your money taken from you. Now im going to have to dispute this charge off my card

Difficult to find certain items because they have the same item in multiple spots in the store, confusing. Leads you to think they are out of an item when they're not. Very nice employees.

Employees that were responsive to my needs and cheerfully directed me to the merchandise I was looking for. You don't see that very often anymore. The shelves were a little unorganized. But that should be expected on a busy day like they were having.

Bought a recliner there a few months ago. Dummy me didn’t keep the receipt. Not even a month later it’s breaking down. Left arm came lose, tried to hammer it down, came off again. Every time you recline back it cracks. Piece of junk. Very rickety, do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks ok quality. Now I’m out $350. Lesson learned. I’ve heard other stories like this too. Buyer beware

Great place with quite a varied selection of snacks and pantry items (international and even gluten free ones!) as well as many stylish and modern home goods for anyone and whatever kind budget. Whenever I drop by, I never spend just ten minutes in here. There's too much to look at! 🙂 (I always try and stop here before Target for whatever I'm looking for- always cheaper and of same quality)

I absolutely love this place. The Stow store closed down, which makes it inconvenient to travel to the Howe road store. I don't particularly like the traffic and shopping in Akron. They didn't have what I wanted, but I found some things that I liked, so it wasn't a total waste of my time.
