5 Best furniture store in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio (OH) 2024

Refuse to deliver a 748$ couch even tho I paid for delivery. They refuse to even let me pick up my couch that I already paid for 3 days ago. Screw this place! Don't ever come here unless you want your money taken from you. Now im going to have to dispute this charge off my card ~Heather

Mark Cutler made the sales process a breeze! He wasn’t pushy, overbearing or anything, he made us feel very welcome and comfortable with our purchases and color schemes, he was more than accommodating with helping us find matching sofa tables and end tables as well. John with finance was also a delight. Overall this whole process I would rate as 10/10 and would do business with these gentlemen again. Best furniture shopping experience we have ever had. We bought a sofa and a swivel chair from Furniture Depot and the customer service and the furniture are great! We have a house full of teenagers who are hard on the furniture - talking with the sales person was a huge help. They recommended a firmer cushion on the couch we chose to help with wear and tear. They also helped us pick a fabric that is dog friendly. We’ve had the couch for a few months now and already our dog has gotten it dirty - BUT the fabric cleaned up very easily just as promised and it looks perfect. I highly recommend the Furniture Depot!! Great quality, great customer service! ~Megan

Loved Tricia, its been an interesting experience. Warehouse lost a clearance piece we bought. However Jeff worked things out for us. So although there was a problem they were gracious and friendly. I appreciate they are trying to make a living while the ability to get the product takes longer. Can't wait to receive our furniture. ~Janine
