Would just like to thank the tremendous staff for helping us out of a jam with some missing sofa legs/feet. We have bought furniture from Value City Furniture before at the North Olmsted store not the Cuyahoga Falls Store. I apologize for not getting their names to thank them, bit one of the floor representatives and a young man at the counter in back were very knowledgeable and helpful. Had us on our way with what we needed in no time. And I had made clear when we came in that I was not here to make a big furniture purchase. This staff has the right attitude about helping customers. Appreciate you all. Would recommend them to anyone in the area for furniture with good service

John the manager there was also great to work with. This store has a variety of furniture to choose from. Glad we stopped in.

Todd and John were amazing! Todd was very patient and showed us a wide variety of furniture. Our interaction with both gentlemen was easy. They were knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with. Both men worked to make sure we had a great experience and to get us the sectional we wanted.

I just had the most amazing experience here at Value City Furniture. I just signed my lease on my brand new duplex and I had to fill it. Mark, politely, introduced himself at the door, asked us what we were looking for, and showed us the mattresses we had in mind and inquired about. We tried mattresses across the store and ended up picking a mattress very similar to a mattress he recommended and all ready owned himself ironically, though a different firmness. Mark answered questions and offered suggestions, spoke clearly, and was helpful with our pick up time.

Mark Cutler made the sales process a breeze! He wasn’t pushy, overbearing or anything, he made us feel very welcome and comfortable with our purchases and color schemes, he was more than accommodating with helping us find matching sofa tables and end tables as well. John with finance was also a delight. Overall this whole process I would rate as 10/10 and would do business with these gentlemen again. Best furniture shopping experience we have ever had. Very, very pleased!
