A little overpriced for the quality of furniture they have. Just didn't see the quality and prices that I was looking for.

We bought a sofa and a swivel chair from Furniture Depot and the customer service and the furniture are great! We have a house full of teenagers who are hard on the furniture - talking with the sales person was a huge help. They recommended a firmer cushion on the couch we chose to help with wear and tear. They also helped us pick a fabric that is dog friendly. We’ve had the couch for a few months now and already our dog has gotten it dirty - BUT the fabric cleaned up very easily just as promised and it looks perfect. I highly recommend the Furniture Depot!! Great quality, great customer service!

Quality of Service and Furniture are both excellent. We were absolutely thrilled with the choices. Got a Great chair for a surgery coming up. It is was the perfect color and the perfect fit. The Good Folks there are wonderful.

We originally gave a 5 star because of our personal experience with buying but definitely not our best investment. Two weeks after spending $1500 our table started scratching (supposedly scratch resistant). We called and were out on hold numerous times just to be told (eventually) that we were using the wrong cleaner. Not happy. At the same time my mother bought $1600 worth of chair recliners. Bottom line- my moms recliners broke within 12 weeks (and they were told they were fine- laughable) We bought some from wayside and haven’t had any issues. Meanwhile our table has lost a leg, scratched beyond repair and just literally looks like a big lots table that was expected to last a couple years or less. We (and with that I mean my ENTIRE family that has purchased from here for YEARS will never do so again! BUYER definitely be ware!!!!! Not worth the money for sure!!!!!

I have lived near this store for years and have driven by thousands of times. From the outside I thought it looked too small to house furniture so I never went. Well, that old saying goes “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”! This furniture store used to be a train museum!! It’s very cool and huge inside! Their is a whole warehouse off of the main store. From the outside you see a long brown storage unit but from the inside stands beautiful tables, chairs, sofas, beds, accessories for rooms, amazing! Check it out!

We bought couch and chair to match and had them specially coverd and nails on the front. One recliner and one lift chair. We are so happy with them. The owner was so helpful and Joe the salesman was so awesome to work with and so knowledgeable and fun to work with. No pressure at all. He let us decide everything , and at the same time, he could tell you everything you needed to know. We feel like they are part of our family. Even the sweet one working in the front office. She Is so precious and knowledgeable also. I compared prices at other stores. None came close to their prices. We like England furniture, which we feel is the best. You need to shop there. They cannot be best. Give them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

We purchased a living room set and two dining tables. Cliff was so amazing to work with. He was very patient and took his time with us. The staff are all so kind and easy to work with. We never felt pressured which was a nice change from all the other places we looked.
