Just stopped our mow route for a quick feast. Chipotle has been lacking in customer service and the quality of wrapping skills on burritos. Today, was a great experience, delightful staff, perfect wrap and an amazing amount of courtesy. My only regret was not having their names. Thanks and keep up the good vibes!!

My husband an I got dinner there on mon the 23 we both got a chicken bowl he got double chicken an he got red sauce on his no one told him this sauce is very very hot he could eat it an had to throw it away yes he ordered it but thought it was salsa you should tell people very hot

The staff here are very polite and hard workers. The food here is exactly what you expect from Chipotle. I definitely love the vibe of the workers and the politeness. Every time I visit here, I am greeted with delicious smells, great attitudes, and great food. Definitely recommend this Chipotle.

This Chipotle is garbage. Consistently messes up online orders and wait times are always an hour plus with cold food. Pathetic. Negative stars if I could. ***Another bad review. 2 months later.. Placed an online order and came to pick it up. Order was not correct.

Pretty much sucks, when I order Th hey act like thier busy and I'm the only one in line, then who ever is fixing order acts like the profits are coming out of their own pockets ! And the attitude is terrible! I hope they close them all !!

Inconsistent on portions, food freshness and flavor, ridiculous teaspoon portion of salad dressing, and overall dirty dining room. Do not recommend this location.

Seems to be a trend at a bunch of Chipotle locations. 12 people sitting around waiting for pickup orders. Zero line. Anyone that comes in and gets in line is in and out in 30 seconds. It took 15 minutes for the first pickup order to come out since I arrived. At one point the line got to the door. They got those people out without issue and very quickly, but also without a single pickup order coming out. Currently 6:35. Ours was scheduled for 6:10. We were just told they are starting 6:00 pickup orders. Got to love constant price increases and hour waits for food. Don't do online, just come in and save yourself a ton of time. Finally got my food at 7:00.

Where takeout/online orders go to die. Update: continues to be a problem location, especially for any to-go orders. As of 11/10, I walked in around 7pm to see an employee yelling at one of the many customers standing way too close together saying “it’s not our fault, we only have one person on take-out”. FYI: it’s their fault. See my pictures of takeout orders left behind 2 hours after they were “promised”. This location is mismanaged and understaffed- at one visit the cashier told the group you see in my picture that “it’s not our fault, we get too many orders.” This is when you put more people assigned to producing takeout. Right now it appears they are running 1-1-1-1 operation with one person at each station. If between the hours of 11:30am- 2pm or 6:00-9:00 pm, go somewhere else.
