Loved Tricia, its been an interesting experience. Warehouse lost a clearance piece we bought. However Jeff worked things out for us. So although there was a problem they were gracious and friendly. I appreciate they are trying to make a living while the ability to get the product takes longer. Can't wait to receive our furniture.

After seeing reviews on Apple Maps of this store I was hesitant to go but I am so happy I did. Jeff Davis was such a delight and so helpful we went back and forth on 2 couches and he didn’t seem irritated at all. Yes our couch won’t be coming in until February but that’s not the stores fault. That’s just the results of the past 2 years. I would go back again for my other furniture.

Jeff was wonderful helping us pick out a recliner. His knowledge of inventory was fantastic. He finally showed us a chair in store he thought would fit our needs. It did. So we bought two chairs identical.

We have been promised delivery on a sofa we purchased in Novembe; 3 times. The previous 2 ended with we were "contacted in error and it wasn't ready." Now, the third time, "someone" was going to contact us to arrange delivery - this was a month ago and no one called. I have contacted them and now they have to put a trace on it. We paid for it in full. The utter incompetency is mind boggling in that getting things to customers as promised is their reason for being. If we ever do get this sofa - we will certainly never darken their doorway again. (oh, and we got rid of our old sofa the first time they called in January, so we have had nothing to sit on in our living room for 5 months!)

Very easy buying experience. Staff was very knowledgeable about furniture and pricing options. Shipping was very long due to the current issues with supply chains but that is a problem everywhere. It was worth the wait for custom orders and god quality.

Their recliners are the most comfortable, classic, and long lasting. The name sells itself. They almost don’t need to try to sell them, just have a customer sit in one. I found one that rocks, glides, and swivels. Triple threat! I fall in love with chairs that do even 2 of the 3, but all 3 is me being spoiled rotten. (I found some mid century Herman Miller chairs that do all 3 and now I’m greedy & want every chair in my house to do all 3.) Prices here are a bit exorbitant, but it’s a once-in-a-lifetime purchase kind of thing. It will take 3 months to get your order because they custom make many of them, plus the shipping container nightmare is probably not helping. So, have the patience of Job & a willingness to spend a little extra for a quality product. If you don’t have either of those, that’s okay, just go somewhere else. I’m building a library in my house, my own personal “library of Alexandria” so to speak, where I plan to study medieval literature & the mystics, write. I only ever imagined I’d do something like that. The world’s most comfortable recliner is a necessity for this type of project.

Been to this location 3 times in the past 12 years and assisted by Jeff each time. He bends over backwards to provide wonderful customer service. Most recently he assisted us with three chairs as well as a love seat to match a previously purchased sofa. He was patient through all the decisions and was honest about the supply chain delays. We won’t need anything else for awhile but when we do, we’ll be back!
