The Store Manager, Jesse, was amazing to work with! I called the day prior because my phone has been acting up. He told me to come in today so he could look at it. He did everything he could to fix it but we agreed it was time for an upgrade. He even saw that my plan price was going up next month. Jesse got me a better plan with Unlimited for cheaper with a new phone! He even transferred everything over for me. He was persistent because the old phone did not want to coopererate. Thanks for giving me a full resolution today Jesse and I advise anyone to come and see this young man. He's friendly, smart, and can multitask. He's been working by himself open to close for a long time but he still makes sure his customers are satisfied!

We got there about 5:30pm hoping to open an account and get phones and everything set up before they closed at 7pm. There was only one service rep. (Jesse) Running the entire store. We had to wait about an hour while he was helping another customer who was there before us which was a little inconvenient. But Jesse helped us set up a new account transfer our numbers and get new phones! He ended up staying an hour past closing time just to make sure we were fully satisfied and our needs were fully met! He was great and very friendly. We definitely appreciated it!
