Drive out here to pay my phone bill and there's not even anyone in the store. Lights on, store hours clearly displayed, not even noon yet to consider a lunch break, doors locked. What sorta BS is this?

This is a waste of my time Ive been here since 9:45 walked to the door at 9:59 thinking that the store would be open and it is now 10:25 and Im still waiting here to get one I need done at the store and it's still not open this is ridiculous and not right someone just showed up really late!

Had amazing service from the salesman there. He didn’t talk to us like a usual salesman trying to get our money, he was honest about each phone and any deals that were going on. He helped make decisions and choices that would be best for us and what we wanted.

I absolutely cannot say enough about one of the workers there.. his name is Kenny and he was PHENOMENAL!!! I went into the store very irritated with my service and what another co-worker who had worked there had done and he(Kenny) seriously went waaaay above an beyond.... Even though I had an attitude he completely worked with me right through my issues did not one time get frustrated or irritated with me because of my attitude he just kept apologizing and continued to fix my issues...!! Newark NY stores definitely need more workers like him!!!! Thank you again so much Kenny @ the Newark NY store!!! You were amazing and very knowledgeable!!!

Poor service and poor employees. Don't waste your time here. The employees don't take care of the customers who come in first, they make you wait then give you attitude for being upset with them. I am constantly here for 2 hours WAITING. Also Good luck getting the phone you want, I was told they would be restocked on Saturday and when called they "didn't get any".
