If I could I would give a minus five review. I spent $50 dollars on a wireless charger that was rendered obsolete by the new phones after 5 months. Dave the store owner was rude and combative when I requested a refund. Highly recommend running away from this store FAST

Been a customer of Metro PCS for about a year now.... And have always had good customer service. But today at the Hamilton St. Store was great customer service too say the least. Ben and Reva.both went above and beyond to help me. Thanks for a great time and a reminder that these days you can still have great service.

to all my customers that are coming in and to the new ones thank you for being patient and working with me on the google one and amazon prime activations. i understand that they can take a long time to do. also alot of the times we have to perform a software update as well as a security update. as far as me being on the phone its cause i have to call my bosses to confirm things.

Took 3 hours for 4 phones to be activated. $200 transaction was wanting $600. Once the manager at the other location received 3 calls for help.....he should have shown up at the location I was in. Cause 3 hrs was ridiculous. Shall see if the phones and the plans were worth 3hrs of waiting and 100 calls to the manager off site.

Metro PCS is an excellent service! The employees go out of there way to make sure your well taken care of. Set you up with more than expected services to your plan to keep you coming. I would recommend it and play on staying for as long can be. I wanna thank Josh who is one of the employees I mentioned who is patient and understanding and an great friendly employee.

I will say this place is a fantastic location for MetroPCS. I like the employees and sign they are generally rain now Dribbble about their phones that they sell which is very good I enjoy the layout of their store it’s not too crammed in where you feel like you are a pinball and a pinball machine LOL. I Roy can only say about that they have the most latest phones as they possibly can get and they are trying to get more flagship phones on to their service they are still young and still growing but overall very nice people and very nice service as well give them a try

Love the Geneva store and staff. The guys know their stuff..if you have a question that they are not sure of..the find out. Never leave you with a rude "I don't know". Got an amazing phone and they toss in case and glass..free. ❤️

Worst Ever!! We went in for the promotion of 2 free phones when switching from another service .. THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE PROMOTION IN ANY WAY AND TRIED TO CHARGE MY GIRLFRIEND FOR 2 NEW PHONES.. ON TOP OF IT, ON MY SERVICE THEY WOULD NOT RETURN OR FIX A BRAND NEW LG K20 PLUS THST WAS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR CASH AT A OTHER STORE THST WAS CORPORATE.. they are supposed to follow the rules of the franchise and did not.. the boy was ned Josh .. he was disrespectful to myself as a disabled combat veteran even wearing military gear.. DO NIT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE, YOU WI GET RIPPED OFF AND PRAYED UPON.. they want you to say oh screw it and just pay the money asked or leave which is what we did.. then I called corporate again and lodged a complaint which metro corporate is now investigating... There are other stores .. find out which ones are Corporate stores and use one of them or you wind up dealing with losers like this..
