Worst company to do business with. During the height of the lockdown delivery & tech persons came to my home maskless. When I brought it to their attention they would get quite defensive. Mind you I am on oxygen for lung cancer. I can do without that kind of added anxiety. I called the Board of Health with my complaints.

It's unfortunate there are no other options for home oxygen supply in the Worcester area. I have attempted to call Lincare 6 times in the last 36 hours and got through once to be transferred to my "local office" and then was hung up on after 20 minutes on hold. The other 5 times I didn't even make it past being on hold before the call was disconnected. My wife's concentrator is malfunctioning and the tech they sent out came in for 5 min, ran one test, said it was fine and left. It has been beeping and throwing error codes more often then not. On my last attempt, I finally got someone to talk to but it shouldn't take 6 attempts to try and fix something that is essential for someone's breathing.

I am really shocked at the negative reviews of Lincare. My Mother has COPD and we have been using Lincare in Cherry Valley for over six years now. They deliver in my area on Thursdays usually so if I need oxygen tanks or supplies like tubing, connectors. nasal cannulas, even the wrenches to open/close the tank we just call early in the week and let them know what we need. We are on our third concentrator, they keep upgrading it every couple of years so the one we have now is quieter and uses less electricity than the one we originally had. When the guys come out to serve the concentrators they are always really nice and professional. They showed me how to clean the filters and how to replace the ones that have to be replaced. Sometimes I will forget to ask for something when I call and if I ask the guy if he has any he will usually give it to me if he has it in the van. Like I said I am really surprised at all of the negative reviews. We have never had any problems at all with Lincare. I can't think of a single time where we were unhappy with the service they provided. It's like I am dealing with a separate company because I'm reading all of the negative reviews and I've never had any of the problems others have said they experienced. It's so strange!

Terrible. I’ve been forced to use this company for years for my oxygen supplies. Tanks come leaky, masks come warped and/or too damaged to use. And they almost never answer the phone, close wayyy before closing time, like when i called at 430, got a recording telling me to call back during normal hours 9-6pm… oh and forget if your equipment fails on off hours there’s not even an answering service or a place to leave a message! Not like people need oxygen to live or anything, no reason for a 24hr emergency line. The absolute WORST.

The staff are rude, and completely lack compassion for patients! They refuse to answer the phone for anyone other than Doctors offices. Had similar problems with them before. I will be boycotting them and finding an alternative to urge my doctors to utilize. Find ANYONE else... it's better than these idiots!

I just spoke to a gentleman at Lynn care in leister MA. I called hoping to get help a had a few friends clean for me I believe it got thrown away. The gentleman I spoke with told me he couldn’t help me because I would have to go file a police report and I said why it was accidentally thrown out and he says to me well then you need to call your insurance company I said look I’m calling you because you know I need a nebulizer so I can’t help you ma’am I said she’s gonna leave me later I’ll go call 911 and hung up on me. In my photos I screenshot the time I called and the number. This person has no compassion I don’t know why he’s working and I field like this when dealing with sick patients being that rude to me and hung up on I hope you can find the person I spoke to. expect an apology. Oh yeah now I have to go into the emergency room thanks I will get to the bottom of this

Absolutely horrible. I have been trying to get a CPAP for my father who recently suffered a heart attack, and is recovering from pneumonia. Called, left messages, spoken to different personnel at the call center - just told that it’s (still in the approval cycle). This NEEDS to be fixed to keep sick people healthy, and ALIVE!

I do not typically write reviews, but this company is horrible. I have been trying to get my mother, who has had two lung surgeries and a quadruple bypass, a portable oxygen concentrator. Over the last week I have been on the phone with both Lincare and her healthcare providers 4-5 times per day on average. We have made no progress, and every time I call them back to see if they have the proper documentation to even submit her request, they come up with a new excuse as to why they do not have the right documentation. Like others who have written comments, I would give Lincare -10 stars if I could.

This company is horrible with incompetent staff. One star is too many. I have been waiting 3 months for my equipment now. First, I was directed to call a number, and jump through hoops to get paperwork. My doctor placed an order with them. I was in the office with her when she called. They promised to get the equipment to me in 5 days. That was 2 months ago. I called 2 times after calling the " ' order number" which had been disconnected and left messages which were ignored. I finally got a person on the phone who promised to ship the equipment to me. She did not have it sent. Today, I returned a call to someone who was trying to set up a new patient appointment with me. I called her number and talked to yet another person. They promised to call me back and did so at 4:45. She then confirmed that I didn't need the appointment and that my equipment would come in 5 to 7 business days. I asked for the manager, my patience at an end who proceeded to deny that my doctor had ever placed the order., contending that the order had not been placed until 10 days ago. She then refused to expedite my order since it was "too close to 5 pm". Don't use this company if you can help it! I hope you are checking reviews now so that you can beg your doctor to use anyone but them! I am just grateful that my problem is minor--If not I would be dead by now due to lack of medical supplies.
