Levi did an amazing job helping me with some issues I was having with dropping calls. We had to go through a couple new phones but finally got it squared away. Levi was very professional, helpful and has a lot of patience to get me through this issue. I'll be coming back to this location because of Levi. Three years ago I need a phone in an emergency and Tony was great to work with even stayed after hours to be sure I was set up. This time no emergency, but I dropped my phone in the gulf needless to say it was done. Walked in on Sunday. I watched Tony and Levi take care of customers before me. Both of them took their time and helped every customer. Tony again was great to work with, he helped me pick a new phone. He was able to put everything on my new phone. I highly recommend this Verizon retailer. I went with another Google phone because with a backup set up I lost nothing.
