Immediately when we walked through the door we were greeted and assisted in finding what we were looking for. Everyone here is so welcoming and eager to answer questions. We ended up buying a shibumi shade and they took the time to show us a video of how to properly use it!

I have a local hardware store closer to me than Babes but they are noticeably more expensive than Babes. I bought a Weber grill at Babes a few years ago there at a competitive price and they assembled it, the owner delivered it , and the then he walked me through the operation of it once it was on my patio. Recently needed a toilet valve and they were a couple of bucks cheaper than Amazon and the big stores and I'm willing to bet they were less costly than the hardware store around the corner from me. Plus I walked in with the old valve, within seconds an employee led me to the section and recommended a replacement part that worked perfectly. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Also went in there at one point looking for an odd solution to a problem I had with a musical instrument frame and the gentleman I dealt with didn't talk down to me for trying to find a workaround solution and actually solved my problem. I'm going back there whenever I need something.

Old way store with people greeting you and lead you to the aisle with the stuff your looking for. Don't have everything in store. Faster than going to a large store. In and out in 5 minutes.

Billy, Bert, and the entire staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing and selection are very competitive with any dreadful big box store, and their advice for this new resident has been spot on regarding local service providers as well!

I’ve never had a hardware store take such great care of me!! I bought one item a few weeks ago, but I needed 2, they ordered a second for me, but the price more than doubled since I bought the first one and I didn’t even say anything or complain and they changed the price for me back to the price I bought the first one!! Thank you so much!!! 🤩

This place is GREAT! I walked in and was greeted immediately! My first time here and I needed 3 items with no idea where they were. The gentleman that greeted me had me in and out in just a few minutes.

Of all the Ace Hardware stores I've been to, this is by far one of the most impressive! It's and actual hardware store! Not one of the usual hole in the wall places that sells doo-dads and odds and ends. Pipe, fittings, entire isle of screws and what not! Best part, the staff actually asks if you need help even if you look like you know what you are looking for!
