Harry, What an amazing asset to this store appliance department. We came in a very busy Sunday and Harry was very quick to help us find and purchase a new refrigerator. You don't get service like that In person anymore. He earn you a new constumer for life. Thank you Harry

Still hard to find someone to help but self check out is good. Parking is not great. Price wise you can get household items tgat are non existing in regular stores.

Went in to find a piece of hardware. I am not handy at all. I tried to find the bolt myself and couldn’t locate it. I asked an associate walking by and he snapped at me and said he was working with someone else. I asked at least 2 other associates and finally one said they will page someone. They paged. I waited ten more minutes and no one came. I finally saw one of the same associates helping someone else and I asked him if I can please get some help and he acted as if I was bothering him. He gave me No attention and I finally walked out and I am driving over to Lowe’s. What a poor experience.

Just AVOID. This store is bunch of rude people that doing all kind of mistakes with your orders and make you experience financial losses. Please for your own peace of mind use stores in Delray Beach Or Coral Springs.

Had a good shopping experience at The Home Depot. Had trouble finding 2 items. Associates were very helpful and showed up right where they were. Also the cashier was very friendly and kept calling me sweetie 😘 :)

This Home Depot never disappoints. I rather drive here to get a decent customer service than go to the coral springs one. Nice people work here and there’s always somebody to help you. Today’s return crew was bomb.

This Home Depot was clean and the isles were very organized. What I was looking for was on my Home Depot APP on my phone was exactly where I found it on the shelf. Great job!

The gift card I got for my return didn't work so Gary, who said he was the manager. after 15 minutes of arguing with me in front of employees and customers blamed the customer service guy for my gift card not working, told me he put the name in wrong and I should pay another way and it will clear up in 30 minutes. I told him I had no other way to pay and wanted to use my gift card. He blamed the system and told me I was crazy for being mad and continued to argue with me. All I wanted to do was pay with my giftcard. He finally decided he could rescan everything and he used another gift card to pay. He even threatened to call the police on me which created so much anxiety I had to go to the hospital after I left the store. I can't believe this store allows people to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. I'll gladly take my business to Loews.

Had a decent selection. I actually went out of my way to come here because the app stated that this store has what I was looking for. After enlisting 2 employees from that department to find the product, I located it on an upper shelf. The app said they had 5 units, but we found 8. So watch out for what amounts the app says, there can be a discrepancy.
