I had a wonderfully pleasant experience here buying a new diamond ring for my wife, and a pearl necklace and earring set for my daughter. The manager himself stopped to help my son and I around the store, offering popular suggestions and letting us look at multiple items before making up our minds. He even gave us a 40% online discount that we didn’t even know or ask about! That was quite a surprise, and saved us a lot of money. Horrible!!! I ordered a shoe in this store for my wedding. The lady said i can pick that up the next day, it wasn’t there of course next day but 2 days later. They were different height, I couldn’t even walk in them. I took it back they said they order another one. I’ll have it in 2 days... I was waiting 5 days and i got 2 left shoes!!!! Next day, in the morning I had to go back again and try to find one normal pair of shoes!!! So much time i spent with this procedure, so much stress because my dress was made for that shoes so I needed that. They don’t even know what they’re doing! My 2. pair of shoes came from New York and they sent 2 lefties!! Still can’t believe how many times I had to call them and go to the store! Last time I was there the lady said they will call me or send me e-mail or just say something! Nothing happened! I’m so disappointed! I’ll never buy Steve Madden again or anybody who knows me!!!! 8 days nightmare before my wedding!!!! ~G

Just had the most horrifying yet comforting experience at this vet. We came in freaking out about our dog getting into a Bufo Toad. Without hesitation they took action, calmed us down, acted professionally, provided top tier service to our pet, and treated him successfully. I found this place on line so I decided to give it a try. When I got to the store my experience was very pleasant. Service was great and Howard was very helpful. I enjoyed the fact it is not a big box store, it felt more personal any meds I have in the future I shall get from Yamato Pharmacy. ~dee

They judge me on a dog that was found all I been trying to do was find the Owner he was neva mines to kerp and I wasn't try to kerp him but the way the judge me and tlk about as if I tryed to keep the Dog first off I'm a W.O.G. I neva done anything wrong to no one im always helping others I've gone kept many Friends dogs were they neva cme for them and I ask them first do they want there dog back I have pkc many list dogs with Family but for that worker to cme out there the way she did and scan him lke o he has a chip im lke ok I'm glad to have known that but at the end of the day I'm glad he found his owner I wouldn't neva want no one to tke my dig so I was really hurt by the way they judge me it's so sad we already get accuse for many thing else but this was really un call for cause I've could of took him to a pound but I did I see that he needed care and that's what I gave him im glad I did what I did I dnt have an hateful Heart but I dnt think I want to cme back there with my dig cause of me being Judge.☹☹☹☹ ~Yvonne

The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and nice. Christine, the groomer is great and our dogs have a standing monthly appointment . When your dog gets cancer, you learn a lot about your vet. Some time ago our aging dog was diagnosed with lymphoma. We enjoyed so much additional time with him (he was happy and comfortable) because of the efforts and care of the team at Companion Animal Hospital. While not every case is the same, it’s hard to put into words how grateful we are to them. They truly care about the animals, but additionally what makes them so unique is how much they care about the people dealing with tough situations with their pets. They found us ways to save money on the medication, accommodated scheduling with appointments, and proactively reached out to check in on progress. We were provided realistic expectations and guidance we could follow. They became a second family to us. We trust them wholeheartedly and can’t recommend them enough. Although it’s always full and bustling, staff really do their best to get you seen in a timely fashion. I’ve had good experiences with the vet techs and veterinarians, alike. My cat has been coming here for annual vaccines and check-ups for years. ~Yas
