If I had an option to give zero stars, I would. The staff is extremely rude, leaves you on hold and refuses to give you information. I’m extremely disappointed with the way the manager and staff treated me. We brought in our puppy for an initial wellness visit and they refused to see him because he is a teacup and weighs 2lbs. They insisted we take him to a hospital 24/7 even though he is completely healthy. Then they refused to let me speak to a manager as to why they won’t see him. I feel so dismissed and disappointed with the treatment I received.

The boarding and day care facilities are great and the staff sends amazing photos of your dog playing outside in the pool and with the other pups. However, the front desk staff is an absolute nightmare. I made a reservation to pick up my dog on a Friday - they wrote it down for Saturday (you can’t pick up your dog from boarding without them being washed and groomed so I was unable to take her home that day). I requested a simple wash and brush, not the deluxe package of cutting all her fur - they wrote down that I requested the deluxe package. When you go to pick up your pet from daycare or boarding, expect a 30-45 minute wait time for them to be brought out to you. It’s unfortunate because the facilities and staff that take care of the animals are great. However, I simply don’t trust the front desk staff and no longer have the patience to overlook the constant mistakes and disorganized administration.

Fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, and it’s obvious they’re there because they love animals. Dr. Brady was amazing, very communicative and caring, he definitely puts everything into his work. My wife and I have been patrons here for years, Dr. Butzer is incredible, as is his staff!

Awful!!! My 5 lb well behaved Yorkie was returned to me with her toe bleeding and a very choppy uneven haircut. Right and left sides are not the same length. One ear is pointed the other is rounded. The haircut gave her a huge looking snout. Legs / chest messy / choppy cut. She looks like she needs to be groomed!! Elise did a Great job last time. I requested the same groomer. Either she was in an awful hurry or someone else did the grooming!!! Sad for my little dog who wasn’t treated well.

We aren’t patients here, but I still have a wonderful review for them. My cat had an appointment to be put to sleep at our (different) vet after struggling with cancer. A few hours before that appt, he started seizing and panting, very obviously dying/suffering. We started to drive him to our vet but realized we needed to go to the closest place, risking whether or not they’d accept us. When I walked in and stepped in front of a line of people waiting at the desk, and said we have an emergency, please help him, he’s dying - less than 5 seconds later somebody had whisked my cat’s carrying case away, somebody else assured me I’d hear from them soon, yet another person summoned me to a quiet corner and very sympathetically asked me for our personal info, etc., Somebody else came out shortly after, to offer me very well-explained but brief choices. Then, the people involved with the actual procedure were even more incredible, bringing a box of tissues, offering as much time as needed, so lovely overall. Essentially, every person there was the ideal person who you’d want to help you, in this circumstance!! Then, I got a handwritten card from them a few days later, it was long and didn’t look rushed, something so sweet. Again, we aren’t even patients (for a few unrelated reasons), and we got THIS level of care. Such a phenomenal practice.

Don´t waist your time with Clint Moore Animal. Their staff is completely clueless about simple processes to ensure your animal can travel safely with the correct vaccines and paperwork. The staff not only are clueless but also give customers wrong information impacting customers in a meaningful way. Their response to problems is always a simple sorry. Customers loose vacations and large amount of money because of their incompetence but Clint Moore Animal Hospital gives you a sorry. DON´T GO THERE! INCOMPETENT!

Dr Brady is the kindest vet. He helped me make a tough decision and made a difficult situation easier. Highly recommend. Everyone at the desk as well are super nice.

I usually like how they care for my dog here. And while it's been a while since she stayed here. I just picked her up for boarding like this. I mean her paw is literally covered in blood still and you can clearly tell they made a TERRIBLE job with her grooming. This has never happened before but I did noticed A LOT of staff change, so maybe that has something to deal with this. I'm so angry right now. I might never bring her here ever again.

Although it’s always full and bustling, staff really do their best to get you seen in a timely fashion. I’ve had good experiences with the vet techs and veterinarians, alike. My cat has been coming here for annual vaccines and check-ups for years.

I love this place! Yes it is expensive but it is well worth it! I’ve had my dog seen here by doctors, given vaccines, and boarded overnight. He absolutely loves this place. He cries with happiness everytime we pull up to the location. That has to be a good sign that there are kind hearted people inside who truly care. I even came late one time and they still managed to see me. ❤️
