This is a great little company with a great product. I have been using the superarm lift for 16 years; it is extremely reliable and durable. When I have had a problem, it’s really easy to call for advice or just go in on short notice and get a repair. They are honest and fair; they feel like family to me. It is too bad that the NHTSA and big companies like Braun make it so difficult for places like Handicaps, Inc (and dealers/installers) to operate, but they have managed to stay in business for decades.

I have had the Superarm lift installed in my lifted E350 for 12 years. It has worked flawlessly and delivered as promissed and designed. Snow, off angle, low batteries, it has never stranded me. I am sure there are many customers that bought this lift over a decade ago and they haven't heard from them since... that was why I posted this review. Thank you.
