Costco pharmacy is very good to me

I usually have good experiences at this location, but yesterday (11/10/21) the pharmacist Josie Q. was just awful. First snapping at me about my Costco card not being valid, when it is as I used it to check out 10min later at the register, then threatening to withhold my medication because I asked her what's with her bad attitude. Yikes, so unprofessional! There were also two other customers in line that had been waiting over 10min to get their meds because she didn't know what she was doing. She should probably be given duties where she doesn't interact with the public.

I have a diabetic dog that requires insulin and this Costco has been very challenging to deal with for the past year and a half. I am often treated like I am drug/needle seeking and they put additional red tape for me to get my dog his meds. My vet emailed me a prescription and they refused to accept it via email. I talked to the vet and was told that every other pharmacy accepts prescriptions via email AND this Costco has previously accepted a script from me via email. It should not take an entire morning (happens at least every couple months) of going back and forth between the pharmacy and the vet. I have gotten insulin filled at other Costcos and am going to only use them from today on. They also close early and for an hour at lunch which is very inconvenient. The persistent negative experiences and continued problems led to this review.

Woman today at the prescription drop off was very rude I was wearing her mask below her chin. When I asked about ordering my last prescription, she said nothing....stared at her computer, and after 6 mins looked at me and ask if I "was going to wait for it?" I responded that I would, but that she never communicated that. She got upset and replied with a snarky "well I'm telling you now". Very unprofessional

I am prone to passing out during vaccinations and get very sick from them and they could not have been more helpful and awesome about it. Special thanks to James for really helping me through it. Amazing pharmacy would recommend 10/10

Pharmacy is “closed for lunch” on the store’s busiest day of the week while at least 3 employees are staffed behind the counter and need to go to lunch all at the same time? Asinine. Some customers can only do their errands on weekends and have medications they need ASAP. Horrible store policy.
