Great customer service and I had a great experience. I wish I remembered their names but they had everything I needed in a lanyard and a earrings set. Great Spencer's, highly recommend over a Hot Topic.

Me and my family were discriminated against while trying shop here. We were told if we didn't have a mask on we couldn't shop. Everyone is sick of this covid hoax and the jig is up. The US Supreme Court has already ruled that the forcing of wearing masks is unconstitutional. Quite frankly we're sick of the discrimination. Every other store in the Polaris mall keeps mask wearing optional and spencers should be no different. This location will no longer get our business and will be one star reviewed everywhere.

It's a Spencer's adult and vice related everything although they do carry the incense I like. So if you need stuff for your stoner den or novelty items this is your spot.

The merchandise is very crowded and I had a hard time finding what I needed without help. Store associates were helpful and nice.

Solid customer service. I maybe wrong on the name of the young lady that helped me, maybe Liz? Idk, but I feel motivated to explain to you, she stopped me from buying a septum piercing that I thought was for ears. I'm not the brightest light bulb in the box but I have a great taste in piercings, luckily the worker at this Spencers corrected me and I got my new favorite pair of earrings. Let me sprinkle some more sugar on this review. They had the coolest lanyard for my keys that I never knew I wanted. 5/5 best my favorite Spencers.

disappointed with the service. me and a friend asked a lady where we could find some my little pony stuff. the lady gave us a reply, but she sounded very annoyed. we asked and she didn't give a good description of where the things we were looking for. otherwise, the store looked nice and well organized.
