13 Best clothing store in Columbus, Ohio (OH) 2024

I live close by but have never been in. Didn't know what to expect. Not a regular retail store. More like a salvation army store. At least the way it is set up. Found a pair of dress pants for an interview for a good price. Had a rip in them but it was able to be sewn. The people that work there there were okay. Not rude but not exactly customer friendly either. I will probably stop in again when I have more time. ~Debbi

Stopped in Sunday trash on floors!! Several asiles blocked you had to U-turn to get from one asiles to the other!! Box after box inventory shelves half empty! One clerk with long line at register. Left cart walked out ~Katie

Would have given them no stars but couldn’t. Had to drive all the way to west Jefferson to get a refund on some solar lights that the store mgr Carissa says are electronics and would only allow a exchange in the electronics department with a receipt. West Jefferson store had no problem said they were lawn and garden. I’ll never buy from that store again. And I did call their corporate office for having to go out of my way and spend gas as high as it is. Thanks Carissa ~Shiza

I didn’t get she/her name - It was the one with purple hair that told me to leave very aggressively. Maybe the mask, but it scared the living lights out of me. I just wanted one of their Chucky dolls. ~Nicola

The employee helping us “couldn’t find” any of the shoes we wanted in the back. They couldn’t even find the match to the display in which there were at least 5 of the same display shoe in the back in my size. Meanwhile, they could easily find the lady’s shoes that she needed help finding in the same brand and color that we were looking at and continued to help her find what she needed easily even though we approached the employee 15 minutes before the other lady showed up. We also asked if they could find someone else to help us find the match to the display shoe, they said there was no one that could help us and we had to walk out without purchasing anything. ~Alexandrea

The store was clean and had a wonderful selection of goods . The staff was very nice when I visited this store the other day 😊 definitely worth checking out if you like Disney stuff ~Ja

I visited this store Tuesday morning December 18th. While shopping I overheard what I assume was a manager yelling at employees in the backroom. Her tone and language made me and other customers so uncomfortable that some left the store. As I was finishing my shopping I witnessed 2 young ladies, I presume the employees who were being screamed at, come out of the back room in tears. I will NEVER shop at children's place again . How can you employ someone in a postition of leadership that would speak to people in that manner . I have shopped this store often in the last year and have always had positive experiences...but this was absolutely unacceptable . Hopefully someone above the screaming manager will correct the situation. ~Sarah

Good quality clothing but definitely on the pricey side. I went during the half off sale and found a couple cute and comfortable pairs of pants for work. They actually have a great petite section too, which is very hard to find! Can't wait until the next sale lol ~Jordan
