Really pleasant people, nice selection on wine and beer. I've NEVER been in an dollar general that sold beer and wine. I was truly impressed. I lived in Cincinnati all my life, and just moved to Reynoldsburg last July and this by far was a very pleasant surprise. ~MARIA

Went around 1:30 , store was decently busy . Woman on cash was super friendly , fixed an issue for another customer while keeping the line moving , even was super polite when my card was declined and kept the line moving when I fixed the problem. Retail is usually a thankless job . Lady on cash (sorry didnt read the name tag) clarence and everyone else that I've seen working there are always pleasant and super helpful. Stopped in Sunday trash on floors!! Several asiles blocked you had to U-turn to get from one asiles to the other!! Box after box inventory shelves half empty! One clerk with long line at register. Left cart walked out ~Katie

Would have given them no stars but couldn’t. Had to drive all the way to west Jefferson to get a refund on some solar lights that the store mgr Carissa says are electronics and would only allow a exchange in the electronics department with a receipt. West Jefferson store had no problem said they were lawn and garden. I’ll never buy from that store again. And I did call their corporate office for having to go out of my way and spend gas as high as it is. Thanks Carissa ~Shiza

Nice size Dollar tree, everything seems well stocked whenever I go. Staff is always very friendly which is ALWAYS a huge plus! I've had zero complaints the 3 times I've been there! ~Ashley

Yesterday in the early afternoon, this was my first time visiting this Dollar Tree. I picked up some items for a coworker’s baby shower. They didn’t have balloons I needed or a helium tank, but the manager was friendly and informative. The staff were friendly also. Great prices. Parking available in the front of the store. ~Miguel

Always great deals.. Update everything has gone up on $$$ But then again it's like that everywhere. We still enjoy shopping here the manager is awesome and his shift team as well. ~Maria

Family dollar should shut their doors, trust me you won't be missed! If dealing with the people outside of the store asking for change isn't enough, then you have to deal with the water falling from the ceiling, then on top of that you have to deal with the bad customer service from the employees ( or I should say those standing around) try reaching the head office or a DM is like wishing on a star, again! If you're employees can't understand that they get a check because customers buy, then shut the doors! You will not be missed! ~Juan

Great for low priced goods when you don't care much about the quality. For example, gift cards and gift wrap are much more reasonably priced compared to bigger stores. ~Karl
