Very easy process. I walked in gave them a price range for the full over full bunk bed I was buying and they accommodated very quickly. I stayed in my price range easily and the quality was exactly what I wanted. The young lady and the man that helped got us in and out of there and were very thorough. They even looked up much additional information that I had asked questions about. The whole process took me under 10 minutes. I opted to pick up the mattresses from Sinclair Road instead of wait for them to come in at a different date. I think it was only an extra day or two. I just wanted to get it done. We first went to RH in Naps and we loved it. Such a beautiful restaurant. One of my favorite features is the comfortable seating. We spent four hours there with our great friends from high school and it was very comfortable. They good is very good and the service was good. It did take a while to get our order in but it was a Friday night. I would recommend reservations as it is quite busy. Even the restrooms were very nicely done. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and a salad and loved them. ~John

Excellent customer service! Immediately greeted by Sean our professional sales representative when we walked in! He greeted us and quickly through discovery questions was able to guide us to a mattress for starting out the comfort diagnosis based on our answers. He again was able to take our communication and select some options for different brands similar for comparisons price/style/etc. These varied hybrid, pillow tops, and memory foam. Awesome! Through these we were able to easily identify the mattress that fit us perfectly (on our own it was overwhelming other places left us to just lay on beds seek our own??) Sean guided us the whole time perfectly. Explained mattress care, financing options and specials for budget. While Sean was assuring us Randy was working to expedite the process listening and looking up inventory locations as he heard answers, current sales, financing options. By the time we selected our mattress we had the numbers and budget w option. This was the most efficient and expedited use of our time! Discount shopping in the midst of the Tri-Village area. Decent bonuses for frequent buyers. But many of the prices are competitive but not far below competitors after less focus on surplus lots of merchandise. Selection, though, is pretty deep. ~Brian

Ok, I would never think to review a UPS store, but I had such a good experience there today that I had to give them a shout out. We needed a few thing laminated while visiting from out of town and Stu helped us nail it! As I waited for my project, I saw him personally greet everyone who came in the store like they were an old friend. He was courteous, helpful, and most importantly these days—UPBEAT. Stopped by here to get something printed as we were only visiting in the area and didn't have a printer. The ladies inside greeted everyone that came in and I watched one help a gentleman w the printer. I already knew how it works so I was a quick and easy customer who was in and out within minutes and didn't need help. They had several printers there and each customer that needed help, they helped and got them out the door with no issue that I could tell. The place was clean and I have no complaints. ~Rhea

Do not ship anything of value with this business. They package poorly and use packaging that appears to be recycled. Shipped a couple of screens with them as well as a pc and it all came in damaged and they won't do anything about it. Strongly advise you to use any other shipping service available. ~Wesley
