I came in for a scheduled oil change, plus a brake and tire inspection. Checking in was easy, and although there were a few cars ahead of me, the wait was not bad. Technician brought me out to show the extreme wear on my rear tires. I opted to wait on replacing them but I appreciated the time and care the tech took to point out the issue. The charge for the service was excellent ($33) for the service rendered on my Chevy Equinox. Everyone was courteous and professional. I'll definitely return to this location for future service. The worst repair shop experience of my adult life. Wife's side view mirror was damaged, and she was told over the phone they might be able to fix it that day. Get there to drop off the car, and the guy says they're busy, and they may have to wait until Monday. Call Monday to check repair, they're waiting on the part. Could get there Monday, could be Tuesday. They say we can pick up the car and bring it back when they get the part, but again it sounds like it could be the next day. Call Tuesday, still no part, could be that day though. After another day of no work veing done, the plan is to just get the car back and bring it back later. Call Wednesday. They tell my wife it won't be until Friday, and if she wants to she can go there after work and pick up the car and bring it back at a later date. She gets there about 15 minutes before they close, and no one is there. Still no repair has been done, and we can't even retrieve the car because they closed earlier than Google maps claims. Thursday, get there at 7:30 am, because that's when they open. No one is there. Everyone shows up closer to 8. So not only do they close early. They open late as well. Now we are scheduled to bring it in Saturday to finally get the mirror put on. What we were told would be an afternoon, a work day at most, has turned into a 5 day circus. I try to be understanding of potential issues but this is a bit ridiculous. I hope the repair can be done swiftly and with no complications to further sour the dealings. ~Get

I will never return there because of how one of the worker treat me there when I received a taxe message that says my care is ready he was in front dask I asked hime he said I don't have any ideas with an angry face and without looking to me, thank you any way for athor workers 😊 but because of this one I'll never go there ~saldaeⴱⴳⴰⵢⴻⵜ

Do not go to this location I have taken my car in twice to get an oil change and tire rotation and I mark my tires to know for sure if they actually did rotate them and after asking them if they rotated my tires upon picking up the vehicle they said they did and guess what I checked the tires and they did not rotate the tires they lied to me two times!!! So if they are lying about that I'm wondering what else are they lying about!!! They are dishonest and they take short cuts!!! I will not return I will take my business and vehicle elsewhere!!! ~Steven

Went in to see if there was a nail in my tire and get the tire patched today. They worked on the wrong tire and overlooked the very low air pressure on that tire apparently and just filled it up.They said air pressure was all good and the low air pressure indicator would turn off once I start driving. Well they're closed now and after a flat tire found what they couldn't find: ~B

I had an awesome experience at this dealership. After calling a bunch of other dealerships, they were willing to work with my particular situation! When I got there, they already had two cars within my price range waiting for me to test drive. My overall experience was smooth. I'd definitely go back to them again. I love my car! ~Malc

I took my vehicle for estimate of a lower panel replacement. They were cordial and professional all the way through. They advised me they would order the part, paint it, and have it ready for installation when they contacted me. They were true to their word. They called, I brought my vehicle, and 45 minutes later, I was on the road again with my new panel in great order. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
