The worst repair shop experience of my adult life. Wife's side view mirror was damaged, and she was told over the phone they might be able to fix it that day. Get there to drop off the car, and the guy says they're busy, and they may have to wait until Monday. Call Monday to check repair, they're waiting on the part. Could get there Monday, could be Tuesday. They say we can pick up the car and bring it back when they get the part, but again it sounds like it could be the next day. Call Tuesday, still no part, could be that day though. After another day of no work veing done, the plan is to just get the car back and bring it back later. Call Wednesday. They tell my wife it won't be until Friday, and if she wants to she can go there after work and pick up the car and bring it back at a later date. She gets there about 15 minutes before they close, and no one is there. Still no repair has been done, and we can't even retrieve the car because they closed earlier than Google maps claims. Thursday, get there at 7:30 am, because that's when they open. No one is there. Everyone shows up closer to 8. So not only do they close early. They open late as well. Now we are scheduled to bring it in Saturday to finally get the mirror put on. What we were told would be an afternoon, a work day at most, has turned into a 5 day circus. I try to be understanding of potential issues but this is a bit ridiculous. I hope the repair can be done swiftly and with no complications to further sour the dealings.

I took my husbands truck there after another shop didn't fix it. Kyle the manager said it runs smooth. He put new plugs and wires in and battery. It runs worst now then it did. Taking to good year now.

I needed to get a nail out of one of my tires, but it ended up being a piece of metal. The charge was $24.99 , but the gentlemen who took care of it told me if I gave them a 5 star rating he wouldn't charge me. Thank you so much for the wonderful service I recieved 😄

This place is awful. Gave me estimate cause I had my own brand new parts. When the have my car up in air said I gave them wrong parts so I had no choice to get theirs. I took mine back to O'Reilly's they said that I was given used parts so I couldn't get money back. Manger hung up on them. They didn't do my oil change, I was charged for. The manager called my husband a woman. Awful.

I had to have my wheel hub replaced. During the repairs, the shop told me a ring on my CV axle needed to be replaced and it would take a couple days. They said they had to wait for the part from the dealer. I received a call later that day that my car was fixed and they replaced my whole CV axle and I would have to pay for the part. The store did not consult with me first before replacing the entire, more expensive part. When I called the manager he said he would look into, they never called back. I called corporate and they said they would look into it and they never called me back. Terrible communication and customer service. Now the tire is wearing only on the front passenger side where they did the work. Do not go to tire choice!

I gave them 3 stars because they fixed my car were they said it needed fixing but for some reason my abs and traction is off now and my car won't accelerate almost got hit on the highway and there are parts missing on the car I just noticed like my skid plate under the radiator and for some reason they took off my headlight covers I will just put them back on. They did do a fast job and got the part I needed in I'm happy for that I just want to know why the abs is off I seen other reviews about it being off after they had work done

Rude and Dishonest employees with high pressure sales tactics. I had my alternator replaced and it failed within 60 days. They did not want to do the warranty work without adding on additional services like a new starter and battery. They were pressuring me to add the new $600 in repairs in order to honor the warranty. I insisted they change the alternator only. 4 days later they said it was done but the car would not start and the battery wouldn’t take a charge. When I went to look at it the dome light had been left on draining the battery. Refusing to authorize additional work I towed it home. I jump started it within minutes of hooking it up to my truck. Not only would the battery charge but the starter worked perfectly. After spending $700 on brakes in November and $800 for an alternator in February I was treated poorly and pressured to pay more for services I didn’t need.

no very professionals, they broke this part and when i told them about it they just said i was who broke, i saw them using a drill when is a part that need to be hand tigth. i almost spent 1k with them and they didnt take responsibility for something small.
