I came in for a scheduled oil change, plus a brake and tire inspection. Checking in was easy, and although there were a few cars ahead of me, the wait was not bad. Technician brought me out to show the extreme wear on my rear tires. I opted to wait on replacing them but I appreciated the time and care the tech took to point out the issue. The charge for the service was excellent ($33) for the service rendered on my Chevy Equinox. Everyone was courteous and professional. I'll definitely return to this location for future service. My first experience here is when I ordered tires to this location and had them installed there. They got it done fast and did a clean job (wheels were not scratched and tire lubricant wasn't all over them like I've experienced at other shops). So, I took my car back for a tire rotation and brake inspection. I figured the car needed new brakes, so I was expecting them to tell me that, but the manager voluntarily showed me the wear on the rotors and pads. I didn't have the job done that day, but there was no pressure to do so and they didn't even charge for the tire rotation (even though I didn't buy the tires from them). This place knows good customer service, is fast, and is very good at what they do. I've overheard them talking to other customers while waiting for my car and they always explain the exact problem, why something needs to be replaced, and even offered to show them sometimes.
