Went in expecting the worst with a huge bill but Aaron and the guys at the shop were able to find a workaround that saved big bucks and called me immediately to let me know! I was so happy! Highly recommend and I thank you guys at the shop so much for being so polite and willing to help a needy customer!

Went in for an alignment. I was told they couldn't adjust camber and I needed a new tire. I never got the alignment printout. The truck still pulls to the right and vibrates. I called and was told they don't have the printout and was not offered any solutions. I was told another location could adjust camber. So I'm taking it somewhere else.

Efficient, honest work provided by incredibly friendly staff! Went in due to a flat tire. Another shop had told me the tire needed replaced due to the location of the nail in the tire was located, but I know if could be repaired. Mr. Tire had my tire patched and mounted in addition to the balancing my tires quickly - I was in and out in about 35-45 minutes.

Went for an oil change and they didn't rotate my tires. He said I had to ask. Never heard you had to ask.They advertised it comes with the oil change.Also didn't give me the car report. Luke's is way better.

What I like is, they found a slight issue with alignment, but determined that it wasn't bad enough to warrant expensive work. They could've presented the problem as something that had to be taken care of right away but instead they actually took cost-effectiveness in consideration. So I think they're trustworthy

Went in to see if there was a nail in my tire and get the tire patched today. They worked on the wrong tire and overlooked the very low air pressure on that tire apparently and just filled it up.They said air pressure was all good and the low air pressure indicator would turn off once I start driving. Well they're closed now and after a flat tire found what they couldn't find:

Doug and the staff were all very helpful. I took my car in for a slow leak in 2 of the tires. They inspected it and were honest with what I did and did not need. They replaced 1 tire and sealed the valve on another. I had previously gone to a different tire shop for an inspection, and the guys there said I needed $800 in repairs. I felt like that shop was just hustling money, and didn't really care about the client. Mr Tire actually CARED and put money second. Thank you!

I went in thinking something was wrong with my brake, after a free evaluation it was determined that my break was fine but my wheel bearing was over due for replacement so I scheduled a drop off for my car and the wait time was not all that bad considering it was raining so bad when I dropped my car off. After 3 days of driving my car, there is a very noticeable difference in its efficiency. The price was also the least expensive ones after comparing to the auto shops in my neighborhood. The staff was also very friendly and personable. Very good service!!
