One of my favorite places to go for home projects, specially garden projects. I found great brick edges for the flower beds. Also vegetables and flowers to plant. There is always nice people to help you.

For the big box hardware stores chain. This is the one I prefer. The quality is nice and the price is comparable to other places. The associates there are very knowledgable and can help you find anything in the store. They always seem to have just what I need to make my project or my life just that much easier.

The employees at this store are amazing. I was in Dekalb recently to help build a dishwasher cabinet for my daughter's home. The Cabinet person was extremely helpful on more than one occasion when we were building this. The other employees were also very helpful and went above and beyond. Keep up the good work! I've been shopping at this Lowe's for 3 years and they are always Awesome!!

Under the new circumstances, the staff was still very helpful and polite. The service at the paint table was second to none and the cashier was super nice as she kept the line moving. So all in all it was like any other improvement store, but this one was better organized.

It’s always really hard to find help at any lowes. I don’t know if they have less employees but this doesn’t happen as much at Menards or Home Depot. I like the Quality of Lowe’s but hate their customer service. It seems like they are always on lunch break.

I love hardwares stores in general and Lowes is definitely one of them. The workers are very friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of home improvement items and outdoor furniture/decor too. Their prices are about equal to anywhere around town as well.

The people here went beyond the call of duty looking for a part I needed badly for my furnace. Although they looked to see if they could order it, and couldn't, they directed me to the nearby Ace that did have my ignitor. I will shop here more often do to their attitudes and helpfulness.

My favorite is the garden department. Their lumber isn't the greatest. Lots of tools. You can usually find what you are looking for at reasonable prices.

Went to pickup a shelving unit that they had 42 of in stock. Got there and couldn't find them where they were supposed to be. No empty space, not tag anywhere. Found one employee that came over and looked for them too with the same results. We then went to the service desk for additional help. There another employee looked it up and found them in another isle. Great! We get over there and they are in top stock, they call around and no one is there that can operate the lift to get them down. I'm told to come back tomorrow. I ask if they could give me a different shelving unit at the same price or closer to that price, and they said nope, come back tomorrow. Went and bought some from another store. The only reason to go to a store is for assistance, or to get it today. If they can't provide either of those, then I might as well stick with ordering from Amazon.
