Best appliance store in DeKalb, Illinois (IL) 2024

I came in to buy and price match a computer. The employee at the entrance was quick to page someone in charge of the computer area. The main employee who helped me, (I believe his name was Blake?) was amazing. I was unsure if the computer was eligible for a price match. Blake was quick to ask the manager about eligibility and thankfully it was. He got the computer and began the checkout process. The manager had to stop by to approve it in the system, he was nice as well. While the checkout computer was loading and between the wait for the manager, he told me more information about the computer I was buying. During the checkout, my card declined (since it was a larger purchase) and Blake was very patient while I confirmed with my bank. Once the purchase was complete, he asked if I needed help getting it to my car. I accepted and he was ready with my new computer when I pulled up. I’m very happy with my new computer and Blake’s amazing customer service! 😊 I will definitely be returning to Best Buy in the future! ~Claudia

One of my favorite places to go for home projects, specially garden projects. I found great brick edges for the flower beds. Also vegetables and flowers to plant. There is always nice people to help you. ~Mario
