I have been fortunate lately to have been helped by a employee his name is Blake he has helped me with all my electronic needs very nice and knowledgeable. Always willing to help and take his time to explain. And every other employee also very nice. But special thanks to Blake he should be promoted. Thank u

Well Not much to look at. The employees are very helpful. If you're in the fancy doorbells and Goofy things I guess that's a place to go. They do have nice televisions and when I was there there was plenty of people to answer all questions. I guess I'm not into the new things as much as some people. I was looking for AC adapter you know for like stuff you used to buy 10 years ago. It seemed like only one employee maybe two even knew what an adapter was for all I knew was computer. So be patient if you're looking for something that was very standard 5 to 10 years ago or even less. But I found what I was looking for and like I said employees are pretty friendly check out as slow and monotonous. They don't have a check out so I'm standing there waiting and waiting. Finally a Salesman brings up somebody to buy a TV and they go yeah can I help you and I've been waiting 5 minutes maybe longer yeah no no checkout counter that's a joke

The main employee who helped me, (I believe his name was Blake?) was amazing. I was unsure if the computer was eligible for a price match. Blake was quick to ask the manager about eligibility and thankfully it was. He got the computer and began the checkout process. The manager had to stop by to approve it in the system, he was nice as well. While the checkout computer was loading and between the wait for the manager, he told me more information about the computer I was buying. During the checkout, my card declined (since it was a larger purchase) and Blake was very patient while I confirmed with my bank. Once the purchase was complete, he asked if I needed help getting it to my car. I accepted and he was ready with my new computer when I pulled up. I’m very happy with my new computer and Blake’s amazing customer service! 😊 I will definitely be returning to Best Buy in the future!
